Yet again this mod has singled me out.... for my background picture... which is a tame gif... i can profide... multiple mods have been modding... doing a far better job i might add but for some reason he seems to have it in for me and not sure why. I have the screen shots of messages

well i been around since 2008 the old rooms..... this guy is a fruad... and not good... every time i log on and see he's the mod... i wanna log off... btw i had background on and off for months... whats the problem.... Way worst is posted in main and nothing done about it

But you've complained about him before, on trivial things, if you were a room mod and someone did that to you, would you be happy?

There has to be some proper grounds to dismiss a room mod other than personal reasons but in any case @TheDifference presents themselves a fair Room Admin with the right attributes to place a good outcome.

Unfortunately for you Keith you had a image of a woman being slapped around in your profile. I removed it.
I did mistakenly warn you for a post that A user made name ts Keith a guest the vanished and I rectified that by puting a warning that said you were warned By mistake.
You also threatened to screen shot every action I take which is fine, but we don't accept screen shots as prove, and I told you use the report system.
You accused me of having a motive to harass you, I do not, I have a motive to control the room and enforce the rules for guest, Users and VIPs as the rules apply.

I have no further comment on this. It is apparent that you are a very disgruntled former mod. And when you asked for an admin, I told you to contact The Difference, to which your replied I will go through Archy, I know him. Well Archy is not the rooms Admin, so the Difference is who you need to speak with.

I have been around since 05. You are not the first disgruntled user I have seen.

Yes yet no other mod .. some with far more experience and know me better than you had no issue with it... and if you look closely at the image its not abuse.. but like i said you just want to kick me... like you warning me without looking at the full picture.

I have had other users complain they all seem to use the report system. Yet I have not once seen you use it.
And today in the room you told every one you were a mod that "choose to chat" over modding.

I had no idea who you were till you told everyone and their brother what a **** mod was. I literally never even noticed who you were or that you were in the room.

I have a problem with it if you are baiting them, We can't tell if a user baits the UA person because they want to help or that they enjoy the UA conversation, that is why at least I have a a strict adherence to mini modding, you are not staff ... you are not covered to bait anyone for anything.

And it is blatantly breaking one of the main rules put out by the owners.

You are making this personal. It isn't. I do the Job by the rules. I have not nor ever had an issue with you. But I will not ignore rule violations.

You have already been told by the room admin he encourages dialog between the mods and users. So not sure what your point is, and many of my posts are rules.
I post music because I like too and the users like it.
I can not control how other mods operate, if they want to engage they can. The last time you said you had 1300 posts copied that I had made in the room, and produced none.
If you want to mod again, ask the staff. But telling me how to do my job, isn't going to work. Nor is you threatening me with reports or going to the forum.

FYI I cannot see Rodeo being demodded, he is diligent in his job and professional in the way he works within the site rules.

You started this ****.. and yea i will post you messages to the approriate ppl if required and yes i have 1300 saves and also messages sent when you supposed to be modding... wow only 701... look at the other mods who do their jobs.. a fraction.. like i said ... no issue with any other mod cos do job... you to busy chatting and makes it **** here

Since I am just seeing this thread and did not get a chance to address it, I’m doing so now.

@Its keith I’ll look into your complaint. But in general it is our normal practice to remove violent content. Especially violent content against women. That said, what constitutes violence can get a little grey. As you know in our room we allow BDSM content to be posted and some may see certain BDSM images as violent. But I have faith that the moderating team can differentiate between true violent content and BDSM content.
