It really, really bugs me when people write, "formally known as" instead of "formerly known as."

That is all.
 
Don't get me started on things like that.

I hate it when people put "should of" or "could of" I KNOW THAT MAY BE WHAT SHOULD'VE AND COULD'VE SOUND LIKE, BUT IT'S SHORT FOR HAVE. SHOULD HAVE. COULD HAVE. WOULD HAVE.

Oh man. And there are so many more. I am learning slowly to let it go.

Heh, I know the differences between their, there and they're, but I still can get it wrong if I'm not paying attention to my typing; mostly between their and there. -_-;

I actually had an argument with someone about whether or not "its" without the apostrophe even existed. I wanted to stab myself in the throat.
