Well... at least that's what I think. In the Euphoria series, the character Rue (Zendaya) narrates the events of her daily life, as if she were on another world, it's as if she were watching herself. Reminds me a lot of the movie 'American Beauty (1999)', in which the character Lester Burham (Kevin Spacey), also narrates the events of his day to day in a chronological order, and at the end of the movie, you find out he is dead. Story of her tragic end is her soul - Lester Burham's soul narrating her own end. So, according to the voices of my imagination, I think the plot of Euphoria is going the same way, namely, Rue is dead, and whoever is narrating all the events around her and her friends, is Rue's soul. Well, that's what I think, but i hope i'm very wrong about that, because I'm not prepared for the death of that crazy Rue - still digesting the death of Daenerys Targaryen. That's it, bye.

An American adaptation of the Israeli show of the same name, "Euphoria" follows the troubled life of 17-year-old Rue, a drug addict fresh from rehab with no plans to stay clean. Circling in Rue's orbit are Jules, a transgender girl searching for where she belongs; Nate, a jock whose anger issues mask sexual insecurities; Chris, a football star who finds the adjustment from high school to college harder than expected; Cassie, whose sexual history continues to dog her; and Kat, a body-conscious teen exploring her sexuality. As the classmates struggle to make sense of their futures, the series tackles the teenage landscape of substance-enhanced parties and anxiety-ridden day-to-day life with empathy and candor.
