Rules on asking for advice in main

Iv been on girls chat now for a number of months and it's the best time iv had, everyone is friendly and nice, but one thing that's always happening is guests asking for advice and its normally for some form of sexual reason and I think people should be warned because it fills up the chat especially if there are no mods around but idk how anyone else feels on the matter

If there’s a mod in the room at the time you can report it and they will be warned/kicked if they’re asking for inappropriate advice like you state. You could also report it to the room admin @Enchantress

Mods tend to delete-warn-kick for anything related to "advice" anytime it comes up when they're around.
 
Asking for advice is against the rules in Girls Chat. Generally due to exactly what you mentioned, it leads into something gross even when it seems innocent at the start. When a moderator is on they deal with it (warn-mute-kick) but you can of course always report things you see that might get missed. Either that or PM one of the moderators to express your concern, all of them are friendly and always willing to help 🙂
 
I agree with Karina. Even asking for non gross advice is dangerous in chat. You have no way to gauge the quality of replies you may receive. You may be lucky to get a sensible reply. Alternatively you may be unlucky and receive poor advice bordering on the dangerous and harmful.

It is why asking for advice on chat is not allowed!

Now I'm not one to complain about a mod, yall do a wonderful job keeping chat clean and safe for us members but your also kind, respectful caring, your there for members, which brings me to my next point how to f**k did ikkin get mod, she's intrusive, disrespectful, rude, and no offense a little power hunger he warn someone for advice (fair enough I would of done same) but then said "either stop asking for advice or ill just make you go" I'm sorry but If u sit there for 30 mins silent as see how she acts as a mod then you will see what I mean and I'm not the only one to see this, they make the mods look bad and it's bad enough that people already think that before she joined.... It needs fixing I'm not bothered she's mod but what bothers me is how they speak towards others members likes she's on top and we are all beneath her

Ive known ikkiN for a very long time and this is actually the 2nd time I've got the chance to be a moderator along side her and I have to say she does a great job. Theres a lot moderators go through, we see things that most of you dont. Now dont get me wrong, sadly ******** are put through a great deal in the room sometimes but we always do out very best to clean it up.

That being said and Ill point to an exact example you used, asking about advice. Generally you would think asking for advice is harmless, right? Maybe somebody needs help with a situation or down in the dumps. Sadly in our chat world, the creepers tend to always turn things into something gross. Especially in a room thats 13+, we need to take measures to protect the younger ********. IkkiN has always had wonderful judgement and does a her job wonderfully. She gives ample warnings before taking action to even mute.

Hopefully here in the near future you will get to see her in action more to know just like the rest of us shes doing her best and cares about the room 🙂

Yh I do get that and thank you for speaking highly of her but most mods would say stuff like please and thank you and saying them does go along way in the way of respect that's all I'm asking because she's does in my eyes come alittle idk straight to the point no matter who it could hurt
 
I've noted in my time as a chatter and a mod that mods (and ********) have different ways of handling things. Lets call it their style.

There was a time when I thought well they are not using the style I was taught to use in chat along with my personality style. I have realised I was wrong.

Chat like the world is made up of many different styles and as long as its honest and decent it has a place.

Each mod has a place that whilst not necessarily obvious now will become obvious.

I've not had much to do with Ikkin as a chatter or as a mod, but what I have seen is someone being honest in their output. I see where she fits in our overall style. Given time and being open minded perhaps you will see it too.

We also need to give mods who and new (she is new now although has done it before) time to grow into our overall style.

So I was kicked for apparently having 2 accounts, my mother joined for 2 reasons, reason 1. To keep an eye on me to make sure I'm safe as I talk on here all the time and 2. Because she's lonely and wantes to possibly make friends as I told her what a lovely and safe place girls chat is.... So instead of letting me idk explain I get kicked because well there's only one reason, 2 accounts using same WiFi router shows same ip and I hey kicked....

Firstly what is your nickname in Glirl Chat
Next I am guessing that you and your mother must use the same phone or laptop. If you chat here all the time I am guessing that it is not your mothers phone.
if you like ask your mother to creat her own account using her own Phone. If this is impossible please explain why.
