SO .. let me get this straight ... Using another persons picture in your profile isn't permitted ? Then why after having conversations with 4 different Mods and flagging that ******** profile the picture is still there ? ( or is it not permitted to post a pic in the main of another ) OH yeah and that same chatter has " special characters " in her name but that's allowed ? I thought they wasn't permitted to use on CA ? Does rules only apply to some things ( people ) and not others ?

so ( devils advocate ) I'm going to post a pic in my background of a female cha tter and claim we are a couple and nothing can be done until you speak with that female ... see where this is heading ? or am I the only one thinking OUTSIDE the chat box ?

You’re definitely not the only one thinking outside the box here, but when both sides are making the same claims about each other (even in their bios), there’s not much mystery left to solve.

If you asked, “Can someone post a picture of another chatter on their profile?” the general answer would be “No.” That’s because the intent or consent behind it is often questionable and typically driven by malice rather than mutual agreement.

But if you asked, “Can someone post a picture of another chatter they’re dating - someone who also shares their own pictures, does the same in return, and has clearly given consent/hasn’t complained?” then the answer would be “Yes.”

So if the first question was what was asked, it’s easy to understand why four different mods left the picture there. The details always matter when giving a specific answer to a specific situation.
