its weird that OP thinks chat-avenue or its staff is going to police another website. that he had to come here and "correct" something from another website and not go to that other website to get the info corrected...

its also weird that you cant smell spam when its cooking in yo face... esp from your guy.

1. gifting of vip should be eliminated. it creates a more unstable environment esp for those reasons you listed. those gifting the vip think they can use it for control and manipulation. users and Admins alike have fallen down this hole. either purposefully or not. the unsafe reasons for gifting vip out number the good reasons for gifting. making the whole thing look like a money grab. and stating in the tos that it cant be removed upon asking makes it look worse. however, if keeping the gifting of the vip is a hard limit, the administration could at least curb unsafe situations by checking with the giftee before placing the VIP on the account. if its money that they are after then make the gifter pay with the understanding there are no refunds if giftee denies add that with a delay in adding, 3 days , 5 days, while they check with the giftee. same principle is applied to gift cards bought at the store. pay 1st. if its the wrong one, your sol.

2. as much as the unpaid staff try to keep c/a safe. c/a is not 100% safe. it never has been. it hasn't ever been even 20% safe. this goes hand and with ALL of the internet. before the world wide web exploded main stream there was no need for virus protection, firewalls, or online only safe payment methods. now you've got 8 year olds who can stuff up your internet connection because you got to the load out box 1st and didn't res him when he went into a hoard of fire breathing zombies. THE INTERNET IS NOT SAFE. it wont make you coco and wrap you in a fuzzy blanket when your cold. it does not care.

3. Don't share your information. EVER. this is an increasing problem with those who grew up in the F@cebook generation. F@cebook like all high school year books are fine for the targeted audience some use it to look back on fond memories, some use to gain phone numbers from friends, some use it draw devil horns on their ex's and hearts around their crushes, but 99% of the time it sits on a shelf for years. you really don't want everyone in the world to read your cringy poem to your crush who turned out to be the town laughing stock, you wrote in freshman year. so don't go sharing everything. lock it down. and this goes for all social media's. this doesn't mean you cant have conversations. plenty of us have conversations. plenty of us share our lives, TO A POINT. reasonable deduction would say most of us have a place to live as we all connect here through Internet which has to be achieved by either a home connection or mobile connection. by a company who requires an address for an account. so when in conversation I state " I left home 10 mins late and now I'm stuck in traffic" its a broad term. which is far different than me stating " I left my house at 1600 Pennsylvania avenue nw washington dc 10 mins late and now I'm stuck in traffic" ( ohhhh the irony in that statement)

4. c/a isn't going to fight any battle for you. they aren't going to stop rumors of you here or anywhere else on the internet or off. hell they cant even fight their own battles without it diving into personal attacks, changing the tos to fit their reasonings or flat banning you. making threads like this one a spam fest. admins and mods have far less tools than users not in the know realize. the quicker users come to that realization the easier it is to understand why things are the way they are here.

Bro I told you I aint expecting the mods to police another site I'm just saying it isn't true so it doesn't go out if hand and people think it's true on the site
