OK so tell me I'm asking you for the last time do you want this to be deleted or published now this user is scamming people by taking the photos her user is mirianadelina21 threatening people by leaking their photos and videos her discord I'd is miriam120212 please don't fall in her trap

Hi! When you say that she has your photos, do you mean explicit photos?


If so, then I have a few things to say.


A. If you sent an explicit photo from teen chat, then you are either overage to be in teen chat (not great, but still not the worst scenario) however, if you are a teen, point B will be a lot more serious.


B. What she is doing, regardless, is highly illegal and should be realistically brought up with not cyber police, but your local authorities. In this case, Chat-Avenue can give the police this person's IP adress. If you are a teen, I recommend taking immediate action, by contacting an emergency line, as what she is doing could put you in danger, and contact your local authorities IMMEDIATELY. In this situation, contact every cyber-policing company you can to try and get their devices de-activated somewhat. I would recommend, in this case, telling the police what her account was on the platform you shared the photo on, and the platform itself, possibly contacting HER local police, which is probably a good idea for Chat-Avenue mods to do.




P.S, if you feel like she has information that could put you in danger, PLEASE call 911/999 or any other EMERGENCY LINE.
 
I think it may be safe to assume that OP is a minor, considering it was on teen chat.


I'm tagging the appropriate admins, seeing as this could be a serious case, OP said it may have happened multiple times to others, so IP of both users should probably be passed on to Law Enforcement, and I can pass on the alleged scammer's info to discord:

OP is overage (i forgot what specifically) and has been banned

Ah, good to know! Should law enforcement still be contacted because it seems like multiple people have had this done to them, on a teen chat so probably teens?

This was posted in the Kick/Ban inquiries. The creation of this thread was technically incorrect as it is neither a kick/ban inquiry nor a mod complaint/compliment. The issue should have been conversed with a staff member, which it was as they pmed me. In short, there was no need for this thread, at least not in this forum and the user was already banned so it has been dealt with.
