Someone named Moody messaged me today on the lesbian chat saying I was being investigated and I need to go to a link provided by her and go log in. Log in and talk to an admin named “super” to be questioned and prove it wasn’t me?? That if I didn’t I would be escalated to authorities. What is this even about..scammers?

Please report the pm so the REAL chat ave staff can handle it. There is no admin named “super” here, @flame_song is the REAL les chat admin please report any type of message of the sort claiming otherwise and I strongly suggest not clicking that link, block and report.

Scam. Chat ave or authorities would never work in that manner.

Also, a lot of links like that are IP grabbers. You click the link and they log your IP which they use to further try to intimidate you.

Thank you! I assumed it was a scam and that this person was a fake. I told the person she was unprofessional is she was to have been real. I said no and she was trying everything to threaten and make me go to this link. Crazy people…

No,. They get your IP which gives them a gist of your location and try to use it to sound more official and threatening.

Honestly, they're mostly bored people with no lives trying to play cyber cop lol. People have always done it but it's became pretty popular since a lot of shows showing undercover cyber stuff.

They're talking out their asses but as always its best practice to never trust a link or file you see uploaded in chats. Please please please never consider clicking them.
