Second time my VIP status has disappeared when I logged in..

Second time I've logged in and my VIP status has disappeared. I'm hoping that it can be reinstated and stay active for the life of my account. My user name is FunBiAmy, and I'm in Adult Chat. Thanks for your help with this.
 
Hey, i'm really confused.

You have an account under the name "BiFunAmy" which is linked to your main account that has VIP and you're on the FunBiAmy account ATM, perhaps try logging out that account you're logged in as?

Edit: Your main account and the account that has VIP is BiFunAmy for the record. The only way the problem would've been fixed last time is if you logged out the account your on. So if this is intentional please let us know..
 
An alt account is not going to have vip because it’s not the same account.

Desktop and mobile adult chat are two different rooms and of course both accounts are not going to have vip.
 
Not sure what the rush to close is. It wasn’t resolved when I went to bed last night. I just checked and the OP accessed their VIP account today so things seem to be working.
