i would like to know why some ******** get muted kicked and banned for certain things while others do the same things and only get warnings with no follow up punishments?
such as harrassment, death threats, doxxing....
ive been having my life threatened by one specific chatter for months and as its been dealt with each time, when is enough enough? like when does this chatter finally get punished and not meaningless warnings and mutes?
this same chatter has cried about harrassment while provoking the ones harrassing him and gotten them kicked and banned.
it provoked me within me bein active in the room less than 5 minutes and while i did say a word tht was banned and got a reduced mute for it the chatter continued to provoke me while i was muted and posting ss in the main and tagging me and even using other ******** to tag me.
i have sent several ss to prove this person is constantly talkin about how they want to kill me and he never gets an actual punishment and uses him being a trans as a shield to get his protection
 
If you really feel threatened and fear for your life, I’d suggest creating a thread about it on Forums would be at the bottom of the list of priorities.

Contact the police and send your evidence there.
 
I've been told that it is because Mods are given discretion, and that there are times that offences have been over looked. So basically it falls to human error.

We don't allow death threats, doxxing or any of that. Why do some ******** get banned, and others dont'- largely depends on the kick history, and what they actually do. And Ive banned many ******** for doxxing.

It is much harder for me, to justify a Ban, when one of the participants is making, veiled remarks, or what ******** apparently call "side talking" or where there is a history of nastyness/doxxing between ********, when it's taking two to tango so to speak.

If I saw unedited proof, of a chatter making credible threats especially in conjunction with doxxing- they would be banned.
