Server saying used someone else's account?

Dear technical support,

Can you please tell my why the server would say that I have used someone else's account and how I can fix that?

I have been in boys chat for a few moths and made alot of good friends etc. and it has been great. But then today I had people unfriending me and got some really really nasty messages and it was just horrible, and I couldn't tell why and then it turns out a particular mod was going around telling everyone I was using other people's accounts from people I had never even heard of.

I asked the mod why and what was happening and they ignored me, and then I asked could I pm and ask because it didn't make sense, and they just said no busted, and started posting the the channel over and over that I went on other people's accounts and saying that the server is never wrong and so I am a liar.

I fully apprecaite that it is a hard job to do and if they are saying that they must think it's true but the truth is, it isn't. I never went on those people's accounts or any others. I hoped they would explain it but they chose to ignore me and then just call me a liar so now I don't know what the reason is.

If I had done something wrong I would like to fix it, but I don't believe I have. So my question is, why would the server say it and how can I clear my name? I have lost friends and it hurts a lot for something I didn't even do

Please can you give any advice on owhy they did this?

Also I talked to someone just now who said it could be to do with getting the same IP as someone else, and they asked have we got anything that does private networking. And there is a private netowrking thing on our wifi/router that's supposed to make your internet more privacy friendly. Could it be that?
