Should normal accs be able to block vips??

Yes. Of course they should. People should be able to block whoever they want on the user list regardless of the amount of money they’ve spent. The obvious exception is mods because they can’t mod the room if people have them on block. And realistically, it’ll only be the troublemakers who utilise it.
