Since the shake up and restructuring for the staff, things have been much better. Old users are starting to come back, the drama has been at a minimum and it's just been a more positive chat experience all around. Shout out to Shaggy for his promotion to Video Chat admin, it's nice to be able to have some trust in the mods again with him steering the ship and making the calls. I've noticed that there has been a lot less of the "them against us" now that things have been reorganized. Credit where credit is due.
