Singles mod get away with it

Many people have had a discussion with the admin in the singles room about the choice of mods that he has recently chosen. He has chose to allow a person to moderate the room that has: talked about people's children, downloaded peoples voice clips then reposted them in chat to use it against the person whom originally made them without there permission, talked about people's dead parents, told people that she would get a group together to physically harm them, and also made homophobic jokes about people. When people go into a Chatroom they typically go into a room to have a enjoyable time not be muted or kicked for not liking this person. How would anyone respect a mod that has done these things to most of the chatroom. Yes this has been brought to the admins attention and all he wants to do is "Give her a chance".
I for one will not respect her position as a mod as I know most don't.
 
Knowing which chatter this is would help, but I have an idea on who, I feel like you want me to repeat everything I’ve said to you in PM, the screenshots you showed me I didn’t know existed. Yet you cried I should know about it. How am I to know about things I’m not shown/told about. I’m not telepathic and I’m not in the room all the time, I do have a life outside of chat and people know this and mess around in that time where they know I can’t be near the room. As I told you and I quote “Whilst I don’t condone that behaviour how am I to be made aware if I’m not told, whilst I know ******** all have a past. The mod in question which this thread is about I know has done “things” in the past. But let’s watch them mod and not judge a book by its cover. You don’t want to know how hard it is to choose mods for singles knowing it’s 80% trolls. Remember before I took over the admin position there was 2 mods and no admin, adminless for 2 years. People could do whatever they wanted and could get away with murder because there was nobody to control this. Scream and AB did a good job with this. Now the room has a fairly active admin (I try to be) and a team of mods sure people are going to get caught and actioned for Mis conceptions and rule breaks. BeautifulDisaster has not been actioned much lately AND she’s good at reporting things in my PMS, BEFORE I modded her I specifically said “don’t let your personal feelings take control of how and when to action users” and “use your better judgement”. This is a case of nobody is going to like every mod I choose. That’s impossible and there is going to be some you do/don’t like. And I apologised for what was said to you. And I don’t agree with the comment whatsoever. But that couldn’t be a determining factor in a choice due to me not being aware to it. Hopefully this sums up somewhat of your query. I’ll leave this thread open now for some more inputs
 
Letting such a person that has shown such behavior mod a room shows that you not only accept the behavior you also don't care how it has effected others on a personal level. People come into a room to enjoy the time they are there not being kicked or muted for saying your a troll , I don't respect you that is an opinion not a mutable offense without warning. Yet Beautiful Diasrer has already gotten away with that. So you can continue justify your choice in mods but she will continue to show her true colors. As history has shown you allow it because you play favorites.
 
If every mod and admin on this site was judged on their past and not their ability, 90% of them wouldn’t have coloured names. 🤣

The only people that don’t deserve it are the pedo supporters ie the girls chat admin.
 
I’ve been banned for a lot worse.

Talk to Dylan he’s approachable and the onus is on him- at least he’s doing something with hiring mods. They might not be right for the room- new room new admin always has a trial and error.

All I see is criticism- yet if he done something amazing I bet no singles user would credit him because that’s how it works for those in charge- you won’t please everyone.

Many have went to him about her he says he doesn't Condon it but he is conding it by allowing a person to mod the room that has talked this week a day or two before becoming a mod about children,dead peoples family members, and homophobic Comments so obviously he's condoning his mods behavior. Actions speak louder then words.
 
My 2 cents. If the admin of the room is now aware of the issues with one of the moderators and are choosing to keep them in that position then that is their decision and regardless of if you agree with that decision or not, it is theirs to make.
That is one of the reasons this site has admin’s, to handle issues like this and make these types of decisions.
