Spam Ban and Too Many Attempts

I received a ban for spam and cannot understand why. I would enjoy an explanation and ability to correct any issues. Also, I receive a message when I try to again sign in -- not that I am banned but that I have too many attempts to sign in and should try again. I have waited for some time but receive the same message. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
 
What chat room and what is your username. The spam filter works by detecting certain words, phrases, or numbers triggering it and does an auto ban. An admin may have noticed this and removed it. Sometimes though your IP can remain glitches and stuck in a ban status. You can try things like resetting your IP, toggling airplane mode, or waiting. I don’t know the timeframe for sure but most give it 24 hours.

Thank you. It was the adult chat room and used LegalEntries. I"ve tried that and it's been 48 hours. Would you or an admin have more information.

Hello, the name LegalEntries is not a registered account in either the adult chat mobile or the adult chat desktop rooms. Was this a guest account?

Yes. It was a guest account. I also used Intellichat62 and honestly can't remember which one. I tried to register but the verification email never came through and I gave up. If it's a guest account is there anything I can do to be able to utilize the site? Thanks again.
 
If it was a guest account, then there’s not much you can do. You could wait for a day or two without trying and then try to register an account. And make sure you check your spam email folder for the confirmation email.

Again, thanks. No matter how long I wait, I get the same message. Does it have to do with my address and the spam ban? I did try to register with a different email, one using proton email and got the message that this particular email server is not recognized. Do you know why that may be. Sorry to be so bothersome. It's all very confusing.
