Definitely summer. I don't like all those warm clothing , cold temperatures and walks in the snow (or without). These winter i also had to reach heattrak customer service couple of times as our heating didn't work. I hate to freeze and hate to wear lots of clothing at home. So yep, my vote is for late spring- summer.

Since HR said spring and fall, I will go summer and winter. Especially since the winters are harder up there.
