Stop hiring people over feelings. Only hire people that are compatible and that show up and actually puts their foot down and gets the job done. I'm sick of this inclusive bs that any bumbling idiots can just get a job because they want to and think they can do the job properly. So many of you just won't stay locked in. This is why I wanted to be elected as staff in 2027 so I can solve this in just 8 seconds. Need to go back to telling people that they are stupid and dumb no matter how privileged these users have and start calling out the poor behaviors in people and call out the bs especially people who can't even have critical thinking skills and cause diseases a spread a virus of drama, vindictivity, and divide. The stupidity epidemic is where we at right now and this isn't realistic of yall and we need to go back to being realistic no matter how things sound f'd up, how it sounds taboo, it's misogynistic, but that's what we need. We need more mods that are compatible that tend to be men.
 
if mods start putting their foot down, they remove too much 'traffic' from the server and traffic = $ regardless of weather intentions are legal or illegal, it's only numbers on the server clicking on ADS not always relevant (or legal) in respective rooms.

This poll indeed does suck because it is not going to stop the $$$ chasing decline.

Coming from a democrat who uses those same said words, "Well you prefer men, you like men, just date them, blah blah blah." I'm just here to make men great again and help them in their toughest times. Don't take this out of context buddy because that's what a lot of progressives do. They take things out of context, mischaractorize a position, move the goal post. That's literally what you idiots do all the time and it never fails.

Take a deep breath. It was a joke man. Secondly you have a problem with mods. Gender has nothing to do with it. If they hired all men mods you'd still have a problem with them. You see mods are people just like you and me. They sometimes make mistakes like everyone else. Men mods will make mistakes too and that will set you off again. So stop making it about gender. There are differences between men and women of course, but this is not a situation that would be affected by that.

Overall they do their jobs kicking out spam and trolls and rarely or never mess with users that don't mess with them first and if you are pleasant towards them they are typically pleasant towards you. If you say something dumb they will give you crap about it like anyone else. They are people too. I have seen both male and female mods step in to help their friend win a fight over things that don't matter by flexing their powers(which I don't agree with, but I completely understand). That's not a female thing. That's human nature to defend our own. You're just another chatter trying to moderate the mods. It's silly. Instead of trying to change them(which is impossible) think about what you can do to change yourself. Have fun in chat. If you are not then you are doing it wrong.

Also I get called a misogynist all the time too as well as every bad label from every side, but I am an egalitarian. In reality... I argue with any concept that would make one group favored over another for immutable characteristics. So naturally I am an enemy to many feminist and chauvinist ideas. I argue with many people over many things including capitalism, socialism, communism, individualism vs collectivism, and much more because the majority of all things are not all good or all bad. No matter what we choose to believe or live by we can't ignore the bad of it which we do so often. The biggest issue today is people getting mislead by leadership(both in governments and the rich) and the media to get us to fight with each other.

Not to brag, but I already know the issues of our species. Why we are the way we are. It wasn't easy to discover, but now everything makes sense. Very simple things that are simultaneously complex. I could elaborate, but I'd be here for days if I did. Lol.

P.S. "Stop hiring people over feelings." is the first thing you said, but you're asking them to hire people based on your feelings. Lol.

If they hired mods things would change. But they don't. The Mods are all volunteers. They put up with abuse, threats and other fun stuff and come back everyday, until they can not take it.

So please be factual, guest say this all they time, you were HIRED do your job.

Not saying all men should be hired as mods. There are gonna be some females mods because they are the exceptions. There's always gonna be exceptions to the rule. I'm saying I want a majority of mods to be men. Men aren't just idiots, they are also geniuses. Men have more critical thinking skills despite half of them are just plain dumb and hard R. I find men like that who fit the stereotypes. Women on the other hand aren't very smart, I think they are just stupid and that's why they shouldn't have positions of power despite only a few being the exceptions.

If woman have critical decision problems, why do most of the militaries including ours all them to fly and drive millions of dollars worth of hardware?

There was a time the same thing was said about a man because of their skin color (and still said in some circles,) so under your logic since we used to say the same thing about them, should the only mod users based on the color of their skin. Or maybe only WASPs, or Irishmen, so we don't get sunburned and can stay in the house?

Everything is sexism. And it only benefits women, doesn't benefit men. Again. Some women do a fine job because they are the exceptions to the rule. You must not be understanding me correctly. I really don't wanna go down this road where I have to just lie and say men and women are equal. They are not and I'm sick and tired of having to apologize to say that. It's not realistic, it's a construction that's only lasted for 60-70 years not compared to thousands of years of biology and common sense. Understand we live in a gyocentric social order. If you wanna talk sexism. Sexism has always been the reality, racism has always been the reality. Everyone can be racist to a certain degree. And the reality is, men have always run the world despite women dominating social work and education systems in colleges and nurses. Everything else is male dominated. We live in a patriarchy my friend, not a matriarchy. I don't care if some woman who has had the record, good for her I hope she did a great job. Doesn't mean it overrides the fact about everything that I just said, really. And since we live in a patriarchy, let's say men said women no longer have rights tomorrow, will they still have rights? No, and there's not a damn thing they can do about it because it's based on enforcement mechanism. We can still say there's egalitarianism. But men are affording the rights to women. And you can't have rights without the others afford to enforce them to you. It's paradoxical to say to just ask them to benevolently bequeath unto you rights that you or we are equal to these people. That's a paradox. So don't get mad at me when I tell you what the real world really is, I give absolutely zero shits about websites like this because it's run by idiots promoting systemic organized degeneracy full of politically correct ****.
