Still banned for no reason

Hi dimples is my username in adult chat and it still says I’m banned in the Home Screen with no reason provided.

There is no ban on your account currently, just a couple of test bans to try and rectify the issue.
I think I missed your original post so my apologies if this has been covered. Are you using a public wifi? (I was banned whilst on a train wifi a few weeks ago)
Have you cleared all your history and cookies etc?
Maybe if you could send someone a ss of your ban screen then they can see what you’re getting when you’re trying. PM to any or all tagged admin would probably be best.
I wonder if it would be worth attempting to log into the other adult rooms or on a guest account to see if it shows a ban? 🤔
