Suggestion for reporting/flags

I realize this may fall under "inappropriate content" but because that's so broad, was wondering if a "spam" option couldn't be added? Would save time for mods, I think, from distinguishing truly inappropriate posts vs spam posts.

I don't think it matters or not if it's repeated. If you report it and If the statement is deemed inappropriate then it will be removed and action will be taken.

But what if it's something that is not inappropriate but being spammed? For example, a chatter continually spamming "the sky is blue" and disrupting chat?

Maybe that should be the button then? Spam/disruption? Idk i was just making a suggestion. @H.R. PufnStuf directed me here.
 
Im glad you found this thread @TheCactus if you have comments and suggestions to improve the room/site this is the place to do it, as it will be seen by those who have the ability to make it happen- and they might, if they deem it something to do.

Lots of times ******** in Gen Chat just complain in room or press mods to do things they cant do- so Im happy you took the step to come here and shared your suggestion.👍 if you or others in Gen have ideas you are welcome post them here.

i think spam or repeating is needed...as its gen chat ..the room of the nutters...we need a reason more ..if i see inpor. for "the sky is blue" ya no action will be taken...but if see spam "the sky is blue". then i can understand why its flagged ...not just someone trollin a chatter to get them into trouble....this of course is talkin about when a mod is not in the room and comes into the flags..
