Suggestion to remove incognito status

I suggest we not allows admins to moderate incognito.

1. You cant search admins name using the search function
2. They dont show up in peoples friends lists
3. You are forced to wait until the opportunity that you are both logged in and also see them posting in chat. Only then can you click their name and
attempt to contact them.


Admins should be serving the people of chat avenue, not hiding from them.
Incognito mode exists solely for the purpose of not wanting to be contacted. Yet the people of chat avenue need to contact admins to resolve problems.
Makes no sense.
