OK I'm a family member of jakes and I think some action needs to be taken against this idiot summerchild

Jake is 13 asthmatic and Autistic just get that in cos it's very relevant here

After frequent attacks on his friends jake had stopped talking to the mentioned idiot so he sent jake numerous messages before telling him that cos he would not talk to him he was going to kill himself now off all jakes friends know this idiot to be a lieing POS but jakes Autistic and will believe what he's told until he sees proof to the contrary now it gets worse this idiot summerchild sent jake a picture of a sliced wrist (to a child) leading to jake worrying very badly that he thinks he's killed somebody and causing many arguments between him and his friends setting off his autism into getting him really worked up which in turn has triggered 6 asthma attacks in what 2 days (he's had 1 in 3 months before this) he reported everything so u should have all the information u need and the picture is of a highly inappropriate nature to a 13 yr old in any case I have tried to keep this calm and civil but I am actually absolutely raging pls take action on this POS

We Tried Last time and No Luck the only thing that happened was his Alt account being banned.
 
Also.

He's been sending us cut pics of his wrist we report that and just like always nothing happens. Yall tell us to use ignore (we do),,, Which is Useless as all hell because he's got alt accounts to harrase us... No Matter the amount of screen shots some of them we can't use bc Staff think there "Edited"... Hopefully us Going on here can get some kind of attention.

I’m not from Boys Chat but reading what happened I’d suggest:

1. Showing Jake summerchild’s “last seen” time from the profile which will show that he’s very much alive

2. Putting summerchild on ignore in chat and putting any other alts he might create on ignore too

And/or perhaps changing Jake’s account so it’s not recognisable to summerchild.

I know that doesn’t address summerchild’s behaviour or punish him but when it’s affecting Jake’s health as much as you’ve said, protecting Jake is the priority however it’s achieved.

Summerchild is on ignore and now jakes pms are set to friends only but this is highly inappropriate and this summerchild has been trolling there char for a while now the only reason for this on here is if action isn't taken I will tell the creep myself but I don't want to end up with jakes acct being banned he has friends he cares a great deal about

Might be an idea to send a private message to Norcal directly. If you want to do that (you don’t have to; you can wait for him to see this thread), you can tap/click his name -> @NorCal and then “start conversation”.

No problem. Forums is for all the chat rooms on CA and staff from other rooms, like myself, will often comment on this type of thing
