For various reasons I am very health conscious. I have a rather strict health regime I follow, one of the intentions is to let it be my genetics that kill me in the end not poor choices.

Part of my regime is I take on average15 supplements daily as part of my diet.

What are some of the supplements you take if any? Why do you take them?

I take seven seas cod liver oil, once a day and I take a daily multi vitamin from the Alive brand. If Im honest with myself I take it because "they" say its good for you after a certain age. But I more believe in, and also practice getting vitamins and minerals by incorporating foods into your diet that have them.

A lot of mine is about optimisation, you cant get enough from normal food for optimised health. My diet is quite good as well I rarely eat crap and virtually never processed sugar.

I also include supplements in my daily routine — right now I’m taking vitamin D, magnesium, omega-3, and a probiotic regularly. I added them to support my energy levels, immunity, and gut health, and honestly, I feel a big difference. I usually get my supplements through Pharmacy B2B because they have a wide selection and it's easy to find exactly what I need.

I try to get everything I need from the food I eat and the exercise I do. I’ve taken fish oil and glucosamine/chondroitin tablets for joint health (I’m constantly active, work, play, you name it). Didn’t see any noticeable change so I stopped. I prefer Neanderthal medicine. Just don’t stop moving. Stretch where it hurts (and often). Exercise like you’re chasing a rabbit down on foot to eat it. Eat healthy and eat less. Did you know, the only scientifically proven method of extending your life is to decrease your caloric intake ? It slows cell division, which keeps your telomeres long, which in turn slows aging. Just something to chew on. An object in motion (or, in this case, a human in motion) stays in motion. . Cheers

I’ve always been mindful of what I take, especially after feeling the benefits of a few key supplements like vitamin D3 and magnesium. They’ve made a real difference in my energy levels and sleep quality. I also recently tried Biaxol US supplements, which are known for their research in sports nutrition—really helped with my recovery time after intense workouts.

I take Biotin for Hair & Nails, Vit D ( in Winter ) and Trace mineral drops first thing in the morning with a glass of water.
Nothing works as fast as well for hair / nails as collagen to the point it can be a pain if that is not why someone began using it .

I started for joint pain and its ok do notice it but the hair / nail fast growth became a pain .

Oh I take Apple cider vinegar gummies as it's known for detox, losing weight, and digestion. I also take turmeric to lower my uric acid.
