The screenshot that you've posted here has some context associated with it.
Context:
I was moderating the main room and certain VIPs were on a rant about how inefficient the moderation of the server is; tagging me in between with unrelated and uneasy questions. Amidst the chaos, which I was clearly trying to avoid,
I've explained the reasoning behind my action once in the main chat before.
Reasoning:
The words I said meant to ask for more context regarding the message. Also, since the message was sent at a time when moderators were being criticised (Criticism is always welcome), I demanded more context. In the following messages which aren't present in the screenshot, I have asked them to report the person in my DMs instead of posting stuff in main.
This has been an ongoing trend in the VIP community to not report people for rule violations and instead post screenshots or relevant texts in main. In accordance with this, I have demanded for more information r regarding the dame, and enever did anyone, since 14 February come forward with any information regarding the statement exclaimed by the user in quote.
And given the environment and the discussion at the point of time, if the user might've been serious, like many other users who report to my DMs / use the report button, they would've done that instead of posting a message and then not following it up.
Why the report came in?
Since that day, VIPs have maintained that screenshot for pure purposes of enjoyment through harassing a moderator. So, whenever they see me online, as in, in main chat warning a person, they decide to send this screenshot and get reactions from people about it.
This might have happened again; I was asleep at the time the report was filed (the delay is regretted). So, for the user in question who filed the report; the context is provided above.
I have personally explained the situation once in main, and I have ignored other iterations of the screenshots posted in main, since engaging with it just takes away time.

Well, the people in chat who were looking for a reason to annoy me took a screenshot of just the message I sent, and have been posting it since half a month now, intermittently, whenever I'm online, with the clear intent of harassing me.I've explained the reasoning behind my action once in the main chat before.

This screenshot was taken almost a month ago, and has already been explained and context provided. This wasn't a dismissal of the issue by the mod.
We strive to keep the chat as safe as possible for you and other users. If there is a report, use the report button or contact a mod and provide the necessary information/proof required. Simply stating this isn't enough for action to be taken, as not even a username for the user in question was provided, even when the mod inquired further about the situation. Keep this in mind.
