Teen Chat-banned and idk why?

uh hey lol Funny Valentine here,(not from jojo sorry) but uh yeah i’ve been on chat avenue for like a couple or so years now and i’ve always obeyed the rules and i’m even on good terms with most if not all mods and even the admin but today at like 8:40 pm when i went to get on it said i was banned even though i had been off for the majority of today besides for a short while this morning but like i don’t know why or what i did and i don’t know how long this will last so if anyone could help and or explain that’d be much appreciated!!

Hey! You have no bans in your account history. Perhaps you were using a vpn when you logged on? I think that you will be denied access to the site if you use VPN.
 
It's true that she didn't make any offenses nor that she is using a vpn. But the other thing is that your ip doesn't show up in the list as banned either? Try logging in, but if it still doesn't work then you may have to wait a few hours :/ it's just a temporary glitch
 
Just throwing this out there also... try clearing your cookies/cache and try re entering the room.
