Teen Chat Mods Are Useless

I understand the mods cannot be online all the time. I have seen mods who appear offline only mute certain kinds of people and not the pedos, bots, spam etc. I get the auto mute kicks in for spam but I have seen mutes that were not spam.

Rather than whinging about the situation, how about you try signing up as a mod yourself, so you can experience it first hand and maybe get the full story on how people will in turn, calling you the very same thing?

They do their best with what they have.

I have seen mods who appear offline

When mods are offline, that means they're offline. Any actions you see whilst no staff members are online are automated.
Additionally, mods may step aside to handle reports in a side room from time to time, so main chat won't be visible to them, but you may see actions being issued. Make sure you utilise the report button.
