I think a person should take a multiple choice test like you do when you apply at walmart online before they become mods. With possible scenarios and how they might react to the scenarios. This might help from hiring a pos on accident .

With volunteers, who donate their time, it's a bit of a burden to ask them to *write a test* Not really practical I found. And even if they had the time, - doesn't mean that 'understanding' is guaranteed. Besides, there is a lot more to modding that checking boxes on a test. What good would it do to know the 'answer', but not how to put it in place? Teaching. Mentoring and Observation is best imo. ( Scenarios are done in room) I personally screen for attitude. Like anything in life -- a good attitude makes everything else possible, and a good chance of a positive outcome.

What he is referring to is a 'psych evaluation'. He has actually suggested in the main of GC that the mods take a psych eval before becoming mods there. Maybe there should be a test for grown men that want to become VIPs in a girls 13+ chat room. (?)

and you operate by making trouble like your currently doing now. This most didnt have enough drama for you so you had to make drama.
 
I'm not making trouble or causing drama, I was merely pointing out what you said about psych evals, and you basically called me a liar when you know what you said. You want mods to take psych evals but it's obvious you're the one who needs one. So stop your drama and let's just all move on.

I never said they need pshyche evals. And now you trying to insult me cuz i think your remembering wrong.Pease grow up and stop acting immature.

you are a harassing me. You said i neded a psyche eval and made accusations with no proof. Don't try to play the victim now when you started the haraassment and insults
