That Star Wars Thread I Was Talking About

Story: In the few years after the second Death Star's eradication, Luke Skywalker worked on a few arduous tasks. In addition to helping peace returned to the galaxy, he pushed for the Jedi Council to accept any race as a capable Jedi, just so long as the individual is sensitive to the force. Skywalker also restored a Jedi temple and taught there in some peace for many years until his death.

However, because Luke made it acceptable for half breeds and fuck ups to be let in, the Jedi Order slowly deteriorated and became unorganized, allowing the Sith to rise once again.

8023 - The galaxy is now once again in danger of falling under corrupted control, and the Jedi Order fights amongst itself, arguing about which individuals will make a good council.

8024 - Ari'nath Cyvilt is elected as supreme ruler of the galaxy and chief member of the Jedi Council. He quickly sets to work electing a new Council, and only two are actual Jedi Masters.

8026 - Cyvilt's obvious corruptness and incompetence is exposed and small uprisings begin to appear on the outer rim planets.

8027 - Civil war breaks out and many on the Council resign, leaving positions open for actual Jedis. The Sith gains more control and influence, and three Jedis are elected to Council. One of these is a Sith spy.

8030 - The civil war has raged for three years now, but the Rebellion is starting to lose. Cyvilt is now backed by the Sith, and he allows them to thrive as a necessary evil. The council members who oppose this decision--the two legitimate Jedi Masters--are swiftly put to death.

8031 - The Jedi Council now consists entirely of politicians and Sith lords. The Rebellion is nearly out of the picture and the Council is moving for control of the military and all other assets of the galaxy. The outer rim planets gain newfound vigor and separate themselves entirely from the rest of the galaxy, becoming rogue planets. The remaining Rebellion retreats to these planets, and the Council forsakes them, figuring the rogues will die without their help.

8032 - The few remaining Jedi Masters come out of hiding to settle on the planets and begin recruiting Padawans. Jedi Temples are erected, and the Order establishes a strong foothold on the rogue planets. The Council becomes angry and unleashes an attack on one of these planets, but the Rebellion fights back and easily thwarts the attack. Cyvilt is expelled from the Council and dies shortly afterward. More planets begin separating themselves from the Council, and the Rebellion grows.

8033 - The Council is now controlled entirely by the Sith, and so are the planets who are still under Council rule. It becomes illegal for a Jedi to breathe, and sheltering Rebels is an offense punishable by death. The Rebellion and the Jedi Order join forces to put an end to the Sith. An overall supreme ruler is elected to rule the galaxy, the leader of the Sith, Salazan Vantabar.

8034 - The civil war now rages, and the galaxy is split up between The Jedi Rebellion and The Sith Order.

For the sake of intensity, don't make your character a simple footsoldier. Generals and leaders, please. This means that you can be the leader of The Sith Order if you so please. That kind of thing is first come first serve, however, so if someone is already the president of U'snuzuluz, you can't be, too. Characters are defined basically below. If you are to be one of these characters, you will need to fill in additional background information and the sort. Please don't be a lazy ass and say you're the Leader Of Fuckall with no character development.

We like character development.

Character development is your friend.

IMPORTANT CHARACTERS

~In the Sith~
Supreme Ruler Salazan Vantabar: As was mentioned, the leader of The Sith Order and supreme ruler of the galaxy. He's a heartless son of a bitch and thinks of his generals as simple prawns and tools. His age is 51, but he is a skilled wielder of the Force. His sword skills are poor. As with all the other characters, you will decide how he looks.

General Viciouston: Salazan's right hand man, also know as the Hound of Hell. His sword skills surpass all the other Sith generals, but he is a bug when it comes to the Force. His age is 29, and he always tries to make Salazan proud. But he doesn't, because Vantabar is a heartless bastard.

General Samantha:Also on the council, Samantha is a very skilled pilot and military strategist. Her sword skills and force skills are balanced very evenly, and both are formidable. Samantha is only 23.

Note: Please feel free to make your own general on either side if the presets don't seem enticing to you.

~In the Rebellion~
I HAVE DIBS ON Rebellion Leader Sylvius Litington: Litington is the leader of the Rebellion and a self-taught Jedi. While his sword and force skills are not super insanely good, they are both evenly balanced and he can handle himself. Sylvius makes up for this by being a skilled acrobat and a cunning strategist. One squad under his control can equal two if he plays his cards right, and he usually does. Litington is merely 20 years of age.

General Vyen San'Unda: A tusken raider before Sylvius saw that he had formidable control over the force, San'Unda is the Rebellion Leader's right hand man and closest friend. The two are on a first name basis and for good reason. They have saved each other's lives countless times. San'Unda is, as mentioned before, very strong with the force and very rarely draws his lightsaber. When he does, he can handle himself, but he is much more proficient with the Force. It should be noted that while San'Unda is beneath Litington when it comes to rank, neither of them feel that there is any difference between them anywhere else.

General Liana: Very skilled with a gun and twice as skilled with a lightsaber, General Liana is not in tune with the Force at all. Due to her abilities with a melee weapon, she was given a lightsaber that one doesn't need the Force to wield. Liana is also an impressive mechanic and was known for her high quality prosthetic limbs. If you need one, Liana's your girl. She's 27.

Another note: Remember that you will have to detail the preset character's background story and appearance.

Some differences between the Sith and the Rebellion:

It is mandatory for a Rebel General to lead his men in battle, and while Sith usually don't, it is not unheard of for them to do the same.

Sith play dirty; the Rebellion is all about honor.

The Rebellion takes prisoners; the Sith executes Rebels on the battlefield, even if they have surrendered.

REMEMBER THAT YOUR CHARACTER CAN USE WHATEVER STYLE OF LIGHTSABER HE SO CHOOSES, AND THAT YOU CAN HAVE UP TO THREE FORCE POWERS:
Blue = Jedi Only ___ Red = Sith Only ___ Black = Both Can Use

Force Lightning
Force Choke

Force Deception/Jedi Mind Tricks
Force Cloaking (Makes you invisible to the weak minded.)
Force Blast
Force Maelstrom (A huge, 360 degree force blast that takes time to charge. It exhausts you if you do not have Amplified Force Powers.)
Thrown Lightsaber
Force Dash and Jump (Package deal :D)
Force Arc -see here if you don't know what this is-
Amplified Force Powers*
Amplified Lightsaber Skill*

*If your character uses an amplifying skill, he cannot have both.

Had to edit because it was too long.

The Rogue Planets:
Yavet - Where the Rebellion is based. It is covered almost entirely by cities. It was the first planet attacked by the Order. There are more Rebels on this planet than on any other two planets combined.

J'sut - Another planet that has played a vital role in the Rebellion's growth, J'sut is the main source of training and intelligence for the Rebellion. It is here that apprentices for the Rebellion are found.

Weheir - A farming planet, Weheir supplies the food and rations for all of the Rebellion. Because it is so important, there is a high military presence there. Were the Sith Order to wipe it out, the Rebellion would be in deep shit.

Tonnot - A desert planet closest to the sun. Tonnot is covered mostly by Tusken Raiders, but there are three Jedi Temples there. It is said that the training on Tonnot is the toughest in the galaxy. It is here that General San'Unda of the Rebellion learned the ways of the Force.

Hanrana - Hanrana was the first planet to break away from the Order's Control and establish itself as a rogue planet. Hanrana is covered with criminals and s***, and is the definition of the word "rebellion." Although most of the planet is grimy trash, it is here that the Rebellion Fleet trains its pilots and engineers, and it trains them well.

Planets Under Control of The Council:
Sacorria - A rich and fertile Core planet, whose main export is rations to the Republican Starfleet.

Avirandel - A barren, rocky planet upon which the Republic trains their Starfleet.

Raxus Prime - A planet in the Outer Rim, it has only recently been captured by the Council. Raxus Prime is covered with scrap metal and is a primary shipyard for the Sith Council.

Denon - Where the Council is based. There is a high military presence and the unfortunate souls who were too unlucky to escape are mistreated and abused. Denon has been on the brink of uprising for a few years, but because of the military police's control, such an uprising would be quickly ended.

Coruscant - Where war criminals go to die, this is where the Council meets. Coruscant on the surface is a military and political puppet for the Council, where soldiers are trained and where the Senate is based. However, under the surface in the underworld, ill thoughts of the Council lurk. Coruscant could easily be overtaken by an uprising, and it would be a very bloody battle.

Name: General Samantha

Age: 23

Appearance: She looks like this, but also has a lightsaber and a blaster pistol hanging off her belt.
TessalaCorvae-GOI.jpg

Background: During Samantha's youth, she was a happy child growing up with her parents. But one day, she was seen as a force sensitive little girl. Not caring that she was older than most of their recruits, they whisked her away to the Jedi Academy. For years she complained about missing her parents, only to be silenced by the Jedi Masters training her. After a while her resentment towards the Academy grew into anger, and then hatred. The Academy did not noticed this because Samantha only acted like a model student. Being the best in the class, taking in all the training.

The day she was dubbed Jedi Knight status, she was recongised by a Sith Master by her hatred. He took advantage of this and manipulated her into becoming his Apprentice. Not knowing that she was smarter than he was, he trained her to be powerful at such a young age, she learned all she could from her Master. One day, she decided that the time is right to seek revenge of the Academy, and what better way than to corrupt it into more like her. She killed her master, and worked up the ranks to join the Council. She even took on a Sith Apprentice of her own to help corrupt the Galaxy.

What Kind of Lightsaber Your Character Uses and Their Fighting Style: Samantha generally wields one lightsaber with an agressive fighting style. The blade is the colour red for her rage and hatred.
This, but with red blade

Force Lightning
Force Drain
Force Dash and Jump

Additional/Misc. Information: She keeps her Sith Apprentice a secret. Only she knows his/her true identity. (OOC: Might create this Apprentice at another time)

Okay, so I changed my mind AGAIN and I actually am gonna be Liana. Lul, mood swings.

Sheet:

{{Super long backstory is super long. I like me some star wars.}}

Name: General Revi Liana

Age: 27

Appearance: 5’5”, athletic build, clickan here(minus the tattoo obviously).

Background: Revi grew up in the underworld of Coruscant. While humans were prosperous on the planet’s surface, in the Undercity, they were scarce, usually too weak to survive the malicious environment, infested with dangerous and violent species, both sentient and non-sentient. Revi never knew her parents and was raised by a Bith mechanic named Durandal. Though she was only his assistant, Durandal treated Revi like a daughter. He was killed by a customer who claimed he charged too much to repair his air car, when Revi was sixteen.

Knowing she wouldn’t last long in the Undercity on her own, Revi made the dangerous journey to the planet’s surface. She joined the Republican Starfleet Academy as an engineer and her skills earned her a quick graduation and placement on a General’s fleet. Her predecessor, General Rayna Landa’o, took an interest in Revi. Though she was not Force sensitive, Revi’s skills as a gunwoman and swordswoman were well advanced. General Landa’o sensed the coming turbulence in the Order and knew Revi would be a great asset to them.

Revi worked her way up the ranks under the General Landa’o, who she grew to idolize. During the trials in which two Jedi council members were put to death, Landa’o criticized the decision. She was swiftly branded a traitor and summarily executed. This was the last straw for Revi and she left the Starfleet, holding nothing but contempt in her heart for the Jedi Order. She stole a small starship and fled to Tatooine.

Revi lived a quiet life in exile for the next two years, working as a mechanic. As far as she was concerned, the galaxy could deteriorate to Hell, so long as she could live out her life in the Outer Rim. However, she was approached by General Vyen San'Unda, an old friend of Landa’o. He’d heard nothing but good things about her and asked her to join their Rebellion against the Order. Revi swiftly declined, bitterly referring to San'Unda as Jedi scum. But that night, Revi had a dream in which Landa’o urged her to join this Rebellion, saying she would be needed. After contemplating it, Revi told San'Unda she had reconsidered and would join their Rebellion.

She helped construct her lightfoils, designed specifically for one who is not in tune with the Force. Though she wields them as well as the most Force adept Jedi. Because of her combat skills and knowledge of the Order, having been a prot?g? of General Landa’o, Revi was quickly given the rank of General. She much less formal than most Generals and leaders. She’s a very ragtag girl at heart and has a fiery temper that she has no qualms with expressing.

Lightsaber: Revi wields twin shoto lightfoils with tonfa shaped hilts and gold light crystals. (Like this, but with gold blades instead of green.) Revi's lightfoils are prototypes which she helped design. They are much more powerful than the typical knock off lightfoil and they're quality is on par with Jedi lightsabers.

Combat Style: Because she is not Force-sensitive, when battling those who are, Revi knows she has to be careful. She must use a careful balance of defence against the abilities of the Sith and Jedi, as well as always taking opportunities of moments when she can fit in an attack. So her style appears to be mostly defensive based, but this is only at the beginning of the battle, when she is focusing on her enemies attack patterns. Once she has an idea of how you fight, she will immediately switch to an offensive style.

Let it not be assumed that Revi relies solely on her lightsabers. When she must, she is ready and able to fight with blasters. Though they are sometimes referred to as clumsy weapons, Revi handles them with exceptional grace, able to handle herself well with them even against powerful Force-sensitives.

Revi loves fighting. She will actually prolong a battle if she can. She does this wisely however, never at very crucial moments, and only with combatants she deems worthy. If she recognizes someone is weaker than her, she will make sport of them quickly.

Sith Powers: Lightsaber Throw. (This isn’t technically a Sith power, as Revi does not use the Force. She has simply trained strenuously and is incredibly gifted at wielding her lightsabers, that she has learned to physically and accurately project her weapon for long distance attacks. The main difference between this ability and the actual Force power being that she has to physically retrieve the weapon, as she cannot use the Force to draw it back to her.)

Side: The Jedi Rebellion

Additional/Misc. Information: Revi has a passion for speeders and weakness for gambling.

((Has been edited, even more so. -___-))

Name:
Nelia Vorta Verena Eriobea Nali Armande (Yes really long name for the win.)

Age: 17

Appearance: 5’1, small petite build, heavy eye-lids giving her an apathetic look, pale skin, blue eyes - Click here.

Background:
Nelia suffers from amnesia and has no memory of her childhood or early adolescent; the closest she has come to remembering something is with the haunting and confusing dreams she has, which she can’t determine anything from. Nelia was personally recruited by the rebel leader Sylvius Litington himself when she was fourteen. He found her wandering one of the desert planets in the outer rim covered in blood, badly injured and with no memories. Having been left out there alone any longer she would have undoubtedly died, and because of his rescuing of her and taking her in, she has a deep personal loyalty to both him and the Rebellion.

When taken into the Rebellion it was evident that she was very in tune with the Force, and she also appeared to have a predisposition toward medical abilities. Within her three years of service she has become high up in the medical division and there is little she hasn’t dealt with or seen.

What Kind of Lightsaber Your Character Uses and Their Fighting Style:
Uses one single green Lightsaber, though she is very poor with it and mostly uses guns, tending to dual wield blasters. She is however extremely adept with the Force, and is also an experienced medic.

Sith Powers:

Stimulation of cells through the Force (healing via cell regeneration)
Can manoeuvre veins to slow bleeding
Force Blast

Side:
The Jedi Rebellion

Additional/Misc. Information: Because of Nelia's lack of memories and constant viewing of bloodshed and injury she has become incredibly hardened.
She seldom shows emotion at all and when she does it is usually undetectable it's so subtle. She is even like this when around people she's close to; of whom there aren't many, as she keeps herself at a distance. She's been this way ever since Sylvius found her, contrary to the popular belief among others that she's only the way she is because of the war. Nelia is incredibly calm and collected person, even in the face of death, which is probably one of the reasons she shows such little feeling.

Oddly the only thing Nelia remembers of her past is her ridiculously long name.

Name: Ai Enma

Age: 16

Appearance: 4’10”, small features, physically fit, long white hair that goes down to her lower back, pale green eyes (Click heeeeere.)

Background: Ai’s father was a Master on the Jedi Council who spoke out against the rising corruption among the Order the Republic. He was advised to keep his mouth shut, lest he become a liability. This motivated him to resign. He moved to Cloud City, where he met and fell in love with Ai’s mother. A year after their wedding, Ai was born. It was clear from very early on that she was a powerful Force-sensitive and by this time, the corruption in the Republic was beginning to spread. Her father trained her in the ways of the Force so that she would be able to learn discipline and control, and never to stray from the righteous path.

Both to avoid the corrupt Republic and to keep their daughter away from the Council that would inevitably pick up on her power, her parents moved to Corellia to live a solitary life. She was twelve when this happened and viewed it as cowardly. Ai felt her father was betraying his duties as a Jedi by fleeing instead of staying to fight the corruption, as she’d heard of so many others doing.

It wasn’t long until Cyvilt’s iron fist reached Corellia. Ai’s father and other the Jedi who had fled to the planet were arrested and charged with high treason. He accepted his sentence quietly to protect his family from any consequences of backlash, though Ai only saw it as cowardly.

She and her mother fled to the Outer Rim, to the Forst Santuary of Endor, the moon orbiting the planet Endor and a fairly peaceful place amongst the chaos the galaxy was in. However, she didn’t stay there long. When she heard of the Rebellion on planet Yavet, she knew this was the only way to free herself of the shame she felt for her father and to make a righteous stand in the universe. At fourteen, she stowed away on a cargo ship to Yavet.

When signing up for the Rebellion, Ai’s abilities were immediately recognized by Sylvius Litington, who took her under his wing as a Padawan Apprentice.

Lightsaber: She wields a standard lightsaber with a green blade.

Combat style: Ai is a capable swordswoman, handling her lightsaber well, but her true powers lie in her Force abilities. She is extremely adept at her Force Powers and relies on them in battle more than physical attack. Her main physical strong suit is her exceptional speed. She will never use a blaster and considers them cowardly weapons.

She does not like or dislike fighting. She simply sees it as an occasional necessarily means to an end.

Sith Powers:
Amplified Force Powers
Force Blast
Force Dash and Jump
(These may change before getting things underway.)

Side: The Jedi Rebellion

Additional/Misc. Information: Ai is extremely passionate about her duties as a Jedi and to the Rebellion, almost to the point of pride. She is almost obsessed with leading what she perceives to be a righteous path and avoiding the shame she believes her parents demonstrated when faced with the Sith Order. She has great respect for those who sacrifice themselves and tends to look down upon those who do not.

TIME TO GET THIS PARTY STARTED.
----

Ai waited in the shadows alongside the corridor of the great hall that once served as a festive place for nobles and bureaucrats. Many of the grand beams and pillars had been cracked and crumbled from constant fighting. The entire planet was in turmoil as the Rebellion struggled to keep the Sith from expanding their control to the planet. It was a territory they could not afraid to lose. General Sylvius was on the other side of the wall, hiding behind the opposite beam. The two were waiting for the squad of Republican troops to storm out so they could take them down without alarming units hidden deeper within the hall. Ai waited for her Master?s cue.

Sylvius looked over once and then back at Ai, nodding. She acknowledged, her lightsaber in hand. The two simultaneously jumped out of hiding, taking the unit by surprise. They cut through them easily and quietly enough, before charging onward, making use of the debris that had fallen from the crumbled ceiling to hide themselves when they had to.

As they moved on farther, they were the once taken by surprise. One of the doors along the hall?s walls opened and a group of Republican troops charged onward. The two Jedi sprung to action however, quickly overcoming the troops, though Sith were alerted of their position.

Ai sent a Force blast at one the unit, sending them flying backward. Their blasters were knocked from their hands. As one of them reached for his, she dashed toward him, cutting his arm clean off. She quickly looked to Sylvius, who was taking care of another cluster. But behind him, there was one of the Sith Apprentices crouched down. He pulled out his lightsaber and went to attack and Ai?s eyes widened.

?Master!? she called out, and has he turned the Sith jumped at him, but Ai used her Amplified Force technique to put haste in her dash, coming between to the two of them and cutting the Sith down. When she turned back to Sylvius he gave her an appreciative smile and nod. Ai smiled back and the two of them quickly pressed onward.

They were coming to the main gallery where the communication?s bureau of the Sith Order had been set up. They had to destroy it to keep them from sending data back to the Republic. But when they reached the gallery, the room was empty aside from the piles of rubble. The two Jedi looked around in confusion when suddenly they sensed the approach of a powerful being. They turned to see General Viciouston standing there, smiling with satisfaction.

?It appears you?ve fallen right into our little trap, Master Jedi,? he hissed.
?Viciouston,? Ai spat his name, emitting her lightsaber and taking a defensive stance.
?Ai,? Sylvius spoke suddenly. ?Get out of here.?
Her eyes widened and she turned to him. ?What?? she asked in disbelief. ?I won?t leave you behind, Master.?
?Now,? he ordered, giving her a stern look.

Ai clenched her fists tightly, every bone in her body screaming at her to disobey him, but in the end, she did as she was ordered. With withdrew her lightsaber, taking one more opportunity to glare at Viciouston before she turned on her heels and dashed for the exit, running as fast as she could.

She kept repeating to herself that she was simply obeying her Master, that she was running because she was told and that she could trust his decision. That she was not running from fear. I am not afraid, she thought over and over. I would have stayed. I tried to stay. I am not afraid.

She encountered a few Republican troops on her course back to their secret medical and Starfleet landing pad, but it was nothing she couldn?t handle. She made extra certain that no one followed her there and didn?t stop moving until she reached the caves in which the rebels were hiding. Many of the injured had been brought there and the medical staff was scuttling about to take care of them all. Ai didn?t even realize she herself injured until Nelia Armande approached her with a startled look.

?Ai, your arm,? she said, indicating to the girl?s limb.

Ai looked down and saw that her upper right arm had been cut rather deeply. Nelia quickly pulled a bit of gauze from her pocket, using it to clean the blood away.

?I?m alright, Nelia,? Ai insisted. ?You should look at the others.?
?Of course you are,? Nelia replied, turning up the corner of her mouth. She urged Ai to take a seat so she could clean the wound. ?What of General Litington?? she asked quietly.

Ai pressed her lips together and lowered her head. ?It was a trap,? she said quietly. ?Set up by General Viciouston.?

Nelia seemed to get the idea that Ai didn?t want to talk about it. She looked at her sympathetically, before giving her knee a squeeze. ?Don?t worry, Ai,? she urged. ?He?ll be alright. He?s Sylvius,? she added with a smile.

Ai nodded, offering a weak smile back. Nelia was right, she had to have faith in him. And he wasn?t dead yet. That much she could sense.

-------
Yeah, that?s right, Nolre. I dropped you dick first into a boss fight. Get some.

Revi was all keyed up to find the Sith had actually decided to see to this invasion personally instead of sending their Republican lapdogs in as pawns. There weren’t many, but they’re were enough to keep Revi entertained. Her lightfoils were getting a good work out cutting through the Republican troops that stood guard around the Sith starship.

Subtly wasn’t Revi’s strong suit, but she was the only one in the mission that had been dispatched who knew how to manually dismantle a starship without causing any permanent damage. Once the invaders had been crushed, the Rebellion could use the starship themselves as they were always in need of new battle equipment.

After she made sport of the menial Republican troops, two Republican Guards approached her from either side, emitted their lightsabers. Revi grinned widely, looking between them and taking in the area.

“You boys are just in time,” she chimed. “I was starting to get bored.”

They both sprinted toward her in unison and Revi flipped backward, blocking their attacks and backing away, keeping her mind on the defensive and observing their techniques. They’d clearly fought together before and had crown accustom to each other’s fighting style, but this also meant they would depend on each other at certain points.

Revi hopped up onto the wing of the starship, eluding their attacks and waiting for a combination. When she caught the pattern they worked with, she also caught a weakness. When one went for a kill, the other would watch his back, meaning he wasn’t watching his own. She purposely turned her back as she jumped so one of them would go for the strike, keeping herself alert enough to dodge it and jump in behind both of them, slicing the back of the Guard who acted as defence. As he fell, the other one snarled at her.

“In the name of the Galactic Republic, you are under arrest!” he shouted, spinning his lightsaber spear in his hand.
“Have to catch me first!” she sang, withdrawing her lightfoil beams and jumping in behind the starship.

As the Republican Guard moved to find her, Revi remained silent, keeping close to the starship, but far enough so that he couldn’t hear her. When he had his back turned, she lifted a rock from the ground and threw it as high as she could. It crashed against the ground on the other side of the rocky hill and he quickly chased after it. When he was out of sight, Revi slid underneath the starship, popping open the main hanger and pulling the flash light from her pocket.

“Who put this ship together, a blind Ewok?” she grumbled as she fiddled with the accelerator grid. She bugged the ship so that it couldn’t make it out of the planet’s atmosphere, but before she could further tinker with it, she heard the Republican Guard return.

“Any sight of the rebel, sir?” one of the troops asked.
“She’s escaped. And we don’t have time to look for her. The Jedi should be walking into General Victiouston’s trap we speak. He may need reinforcements.”
“Understood, sir,” the soldier said and the two of them boarded the starship.

Revi heard the ignition start up and her eyes widened. “Oh balls,” she muttered and quickly closed up the hanger. She panicked, wondering what exactly she should do. If they took off, they would spot her and shoot her down immediately. Plus, the mission Sylvius and Ai had gone on was a trap and she wasn’t sure they knew it. She thought quickly as the ship started to lift from the ground and she quickly grabbed onto one of the landing steps, holding on tightly as they lifted into the air.

As Revi had presumed, the trap was set in the fallen grand gallery Sylvius was going to infiltrate. They were going to land just outside the gallery and as they flew over what used to be the ceiling that covered the gallery. Revi looked down and saw Sylvius locked in a duel with Viciouston. Sylvius was holding his own as he was a masterful acrobat, but Viciouston was unquestionably the better swordsman. Revi dropped down from the starship. They were as good as stranded on the planet now anyway. She landed on her feet, immediately pulling her lightfoils from her belt. The light from the beams reflected off her grin.

“Hey, Syl,” she greeted. “You looked like you could use a hand, little buddy.”

As Ai ran out of the hall, Sylvius shifted his weight and crossed his arms. He grinned at Viciouston, who returned the look, and spoke loudly.

"It's a quiet fight, isn't it?"
"It will be silent when your blood flows on this marble, scum."

Sylvius' grin widened.

"Very hostile. I can see why you're-"

Viciouston force dashed toward Sylvius and was mere inches away in under a second. Sylvius fell back onto the marble floor, slamming his back into it while Viciouston's saber swung just overhead. Sylvius raised his own saber to block an attack and then rolled away from Viciouston, rising to his feet. The Sith General dashed again and swung low, blocked by Sylvius who retreated even more.

Sylvius was back against a wall when the General lunged. The Rebel leader sidestepped his attack and then slid next to him, within swinging range. Viciouston took the chance to swing a punch at Sylvius, but the Rebel ducked and kicked hard into Viciouston's hip bone, causing a loud crack to echo in the hall. The General staggered back a bit and Sylvius retreated out of his range once more, grinning.

"I don't even have to draw my blade, Vicious'. Is it really that hard to kill something half your size?"

The General roared and dashed into Sylvius' range again, swinging madly and twice as aggressively as before. Sylvius blocked all of the attacks but each swing unbalanced him more and more until he was forced to fall onto his back again and twist away from a downward slash. Sylvius was crouched now, and his opponent swung low.

Jumping into the air, Sylvius avoided the attack but had nowhere to go when Vicious' joined him, force jumping and driving him into the bit of ceiling that was left. Sylvius let out a cry of pain and fell back to the marble floor, landed on his legs and tried to roll. He smashed his knee into the floor and grimaced. Footsteps approached fast from behind him, and he turned just in time to block another attack.

Sylvius pushed himself to his feet and the fight erupted into a flurry of swinging sabers and cracks of electricity. Sylvius could do nothing but black the onslaught and retreat backward slowly until he was once again against a wall. When Viciouston raised his lightsaber for a death blow, Sylvius let loose a force blow and knocked him back for breathing room.

"You carry yourself well for a man of your size," Sylvius remarked, out of breath.

The General's lungs were equally struggled. "I am elite."

"You're an arrogant asshole," Sylvius grinned.

A door to the hall opened and Republican soldiers piled in, aiming their blasters at Sylvius. They demanded he surrender and drop his weapons, but Sylvius didn't comply. Instead, he kept his calculating eyes trained on Viciouston while he caught his breath.

"We won't ask you again," one of the soldiers declared.

No, unfortunately, you won't, Nolre thought to himself. He raised his hand and let a Force blast loose above the squad, and the rest of the ceiling caved in, crushing them. Viciouston cracked his knuckles and Sylvius let out a final panting breath.

Sylvius dashed into the range of the General and started in with his own flurry of swings and slashes, but was at a disadvantage again almost immediately. When the two broke apart, sliding out of the other's range, Revi dropped from the hole in the ceiling to assist Sylvius.

“Hey, Syl,” she greeted. “You looked like you could use a hand, little buddy.”

"Only a little bit," Nolre grinned. He and Revi flanked Viciouston, charging either of his sides, and let in with a series of attacks that had the General retreating as Sylvius had only moments before.

Revi jumped just above the General and slashed at his head. The General stepped back to avoid this, and was unbalanced when Sylvius lunged his blade into the Sith's gut. Viciouston let out a pained roar and stepped back quickly, holding his gut. His breathing was labored, and he glared at Sylvius.

"Damn you, Jedi."
"Now, that's not any way you would talk to your mother, is it?"
"If your pawn here hadn't come to your side, I'd have killed you already. My hands would be stained with your blood, and I would be promoted!"
"To what? Double general? You're as high as you can get, Viciouston, and--unfortunately--it's time for you to come back down."

The General winced and glared at Sylvius for a moment. Sylvius' grin faded, and he opened his mouth to declare Viciouston under arrest before he was charged one more time. Instinctively and blindly, Sylvius swung his lightsaber upward and stepped to the side, allowing the General's body to pass by him.

The Sith hit the floor hard and immediately began to scream. His lightsaber rolled away from him and he clutched at his face and throat, rolling onto his back and gurgling. Sylvius grimaced at the damage of his improvised attack.

His blade had cut through the General's mouth and exited through the side of his neck. Blood poured uncontrollably from the wounds and stained the dusty marble floors. Sylvius watched, frozen, as the man rolled around in his own red, screaming for help and choking. His arm thrashed at Sylvius and blood from his struggles splattered on Sylvius' cheek. The General gasped for air. Sylvius wiped the blood from his cheek.

He coughed up blood on himself and thrashed again at Sylvius, this time splattering Revi.

"Oh, what the HELL?!"

A minute passed and the General's movements slowed and eventually ceased altogether, and Sylvius fell to his knees in guilt to pray.

Revi's foot tapped the marble behind him, and she crossed her arms as she waited. She sighed loudly and spat on his body when Sylvius finally rose to his feet. The Rebel couldn't take his eyes off of the blood, and he spoke to her softly.

"This war is nothing but give and take, Revi. Nothing but bloodshed and retaliation, which leads only to more bloodshed. I am ashamed to play such a large role in these slaughterings, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't believe it necessary."

Nolre ran his fingers through his hair and straightened his robe.

"Their General is dead. The forces will retreat soon. If you don't mind, I'd like to practice a moment of silence."

Name: Reya Sevanar.

Age:
19.

Appearance:

https://docs.******.com/File?id=dgr5k6vg_2ddd2jk2f_b
Short black tube top, black trousers and boots, a sleeveless, white, hooded cloak, and finally, elbow-length fingerless black gloves. And yes, she has that schoolgirl collar for the hell of it. Personalised. Brings a little colour and life to things.

Background: Reya was left orphaned on Tonnot as a child when her master, a Zabrak by the name of Khaan Sevanar (it should be mentioned here that essentially half of his entire body is covered in severe scars from burning, yes he's that hardcore), found her there whilst on an undercover mission. He noticed her using the Force to torture and kill some small creatures and took an interest in her. When he left the planet, he took her with him and made her his padawan, impressed by her power and ability even at such a young age. Having no family name, she was given his.

A particularly ruthless man, Khaan taught her his own beliefs; the only things that mattered were power and destroying those weaker than yourself. He was beyond strict with her training, and when she failed she would be punished severely, literally having his way of life beaten into her. He didn't see it as a cruel act though, if anything he saw it as a benevolent one, as this would instill the correct values deep within her - to an animalistic level that would be burned into her subconscious, making her act upon it without thinking - and bring out her true potential, something he believed would be lost if she did not receive the proper training; his.

His way of life was quickly so deeply ingrained within her that she even began to punish herself for her failures, often being much harsher than he would have been, and began to see it as something of a ritual through which she could not only discipline herself, but train as well, using the pain not just as a punishment, but to force herself to new levels of strength.

What Kind of Lightsaber Your Character Uses:
Dual wielder. Right hand: hot pink to match her eyes. Left hand: electric purple (different colours for raving).
Both have curved handles, a fairly complex design with many intricate details, a medium retractable blade hidden in the hilt that extends from the end and lots of smaller retractable blades that shoot out when anyone else tries to wield them (like Blade's sword feckyew).
Their Fighting Style: Reya is an extremely aggressive fighter, but she is also extremely tenacious and, very skilled in stance, it usually proves impossible for weaker fighters to defeat her; with no pause between her attacks and no weak points that they are able to find, they have no way out, and are easily overpowered in a short amount of time. Only those of a higher level are able to perceive her weak spots and hold their own long enough to attack them. Although many still make the mistake of waiting for her to tire, something that has yet to happen, her endurance being so high, and her will enough to keep her fighting until she has so little strength she is physically unable to move meaning that you need to fight force with force and break through her attacks if you wish to use an offensive strategy.

She is highly skilled at using the Force and an expert swordswoman, however she has little ability with blasters or anything of the kind; she is able to use them well enough, but significantly less effectively than swords or the Force.

Sith Powers:

Force Crush.
Saber Throw.
Amplified Lightsaber Skill.

Side: The Sith Order.

Additional/Misc. Information: Though calm and collected most of the time she's prone to fits of rage. The battlefield is her favourite place to be and she enjoys nothing more than brutally slaughtering people, so naturally she finds much more pleasure in a chaotic battle than an assassination mission, though she's more than competent when it comes to carrying them out. When not off on missions she's most often found training somewhere or, every once in a while, meditating. Meditation, however, does little to bring her inner peace; she tuned into her centre, and what she found there was the same rage she feels on the outside, right to the core. Thus, she will most often use meditation to simply tap into that inner anger to make herself stronger, provoking outbursts and rushes of adrenaline.

Whenever she trains with others of a lower level than her she never spares them any pain, and will rarely ever take it easy on even the younger students, saying it will only help them to learn, and that if forced into battle it would only be the same, the opponent not sparing them any blows either.

~

Lol her fighting style makes her sound unbeatable. She's not when matched with an opponent of the same, or obviously higher, skill. She just uses the tank strategy. And of course, if you are of a similar level of strength, she won't be able to just run yo' ass down, y' dig?

((I edited Nelia's profile, finally now I hope. T_T Also Cory, I don't want to nitpick, but I don't want orange as Nelia's colour. Please don't beat me. ;_; ... NOT THAT I CAN FIND A BETTER COLOUR, she says, while losing her rag and trying to find another colour she wants. -_______- UGH PURPLE IS AN EVIL COLOUR.
I went with orange... I tried pale blue and it just didn't work for me. Clearly Cory is right in even things of my personal choice T_T))

Nelia had been kept firmly on her feet in the medical station as more and more of their troops poured in, needing assistance. They were understaffed, running out of supplies, and the new assistant trailing behind Nelia was so unused to this level of bloodshed she looked like she was threatening to pass out.
"Dureena," Nelia said as they bustled past a groaning and wounded Jedi. "Calm down, becoming stressed won't do you any favours."
"They just keep coming though!" she cried, watching more men being wheeled in.
"And they need you to be calm," Neila said, turning to face her.
"Alright... alright, I'll... I'll stay calm," she started to take deep breaths, trying to relax. Meanwhile, Nelia had caught sight of Ai.
"I have to go Dureena, will you be okay?"
"Yeah... I'll be fine," Dureena said, putting on a more confident expression.

Neila rushed over to where Ai had come in, half concerned about her wounds and half concerned where
Sylvius was. “Ai, your arm,” she said, indicating to the girl’s limb when she'd arrived.
“I’m alright, Nelia,” Ai insisted. “You should look at the others.”
“Of course you are,” Nelia replied, turning up the corner of her mouth. She urged Ai to take a seat so she could clean the wound. “What of General Litington?” she asked quietly, not wanting anyone else to hear.
Ai pressed her lips together and lowered her head. “It was a trap,” she said quietly. “Set up by General Viciouston.”
“Don’t worry, Ai,” she urged. “He’ll be alright. He’s Sylvius,” she added with a smile.

Nelia was right, Sylvius and General Revi Liana came back together victorious. Ai and Nelia were the first to get to them, where they were told that General Viciouston had been killed, and his forces would undoubtedly retreat. It was a great victory for the Rebellion.

"You should be more careful General," Nelia told Sylvius as she treated his wounds, which she was insistent on doing, "if it hadn't been for General Liana, you would have been in very serious trouble. And without you... this Rebellion would be..." Nelia trailed off and shook her head. "Be more careful," she repeated.
"You should treat others, there are those in more need of your skill," she said simply as she stitched his wounds. She looked at him.
"Alright, I'll be more careful," he grinned.
She shot him a slight smile.
"I can't leave you, whatever would you do without me pampering you? All done anyway," she said, finishing. "With the supplies we have, that's the best I can do."
"How are we for medical supplies?" he asked.
"Not well," she lowered her voice so as not to worry anybody who might overhear. "But, as always I request that you please attempt to capture as much of the enemies as possible, no one is in any position to be wasting supplies." He nodded.

Nelia next turned her attentions to Revi, leaving Ai and Sylvius to talk. After she was done with the mild wounds on the woman, she requested a favour. "I believe it to be below your capabilities General, but we have no spare mechanics..."
"What is it?" the General asked. Nelia led her through into one of the temporary tents which had been set up. Inside, instead of injured men, was a couple of medical droids, repeatedly banging into the medical cabinets and each other. Revi raised an eyebrow.
"Most of them are like this. I hate them to be honest," she said, her voice still as calm as ever. "I'd rather do everything by hand, but we don't have the manpower."
"Does someone not know how to use them or something?" Revi asked. Nelia's mind flickered to Dureena, but she felt it was cruel to blame the girl for all her mishaps considering she was so frazzled.
"I may have a theory," Nelia said vaguely.

(OOC: I changed my force powers. I now have Force Drain. It drains the life energy and force energy out of you, but I have to be touching you to do it.)

“I will bring down General Litington with my cunning trap, and it will be by my own hand.” This is what General Viciouston told Samantha as he prepared the troops to land on the planet. “I’m telling you General, your plan will not work.” He ignored Samantha’s recommendation and went down to execute his plan.

When Samantha was notified that the troops on the planet were retreated, she knew instantly that his plan had failed. Also by knowing the General, she knew he was dead, as he would never retreat from any battle, even if he was outnumbered. From this knowledge, she knew he was not much of a strategist like she was, and was baffled on how he became General in the first place.

General Samantha walked over to the communications station and contacts Salazan Vantabar. “My Lord, General Viciouston is dead, his plan failed, as he went forward against my recommendations.” She explained to her superior.
“That is unfortunate. General, you are now in charge of all his responsibilities; I have faith in your ability.”
“Thank you, my Lord. I will not fail you.”
“You better not, or you will have to deal with me.”
“Understood. I recommend we leave this planet alone, our forces will not gain the advantage of surprise, and their morale of losing Viciouston will be a blow to our forces. We should move on to our next target.”
Very well, I trust you judgment.”

Samantha signs off and turns to her Captain, “Set a course for Tonnot.” The Captain salutes the General “Yes General.” As the Captain turns to give the orders to his crew, Samantha walks off to her private quarters. The lights are turned off, and the only illumination is from the hallways from where she opened the door. Samantha stands in the doorway and speaks. “We’re heading to Tonnot. They train their elite there, it is strong in the force. I wish to corrupt it and use it for the training grounds for new sith to rise.” At first, it seems like Samantha is just talking to herself, but in the corner of her room, a shadow is formed, human like figure. “I want you to go there and seize control. Do not fail me, my apprentice.”
“I won’t fail you, my master.” The shadowy figure steps forth and can now be seen.

Nelia was right, Sylvius and General Revi Liana came back together victorious. Ai and Nelia were the first to get to them, where they were told that General Viciouston had been killed, and his forces would undoubtedly retreat. It was a great victory for the Rebellion and Ai was relieved to see her Master both alive and the victor.

?I knew you could do it, Master,? she praised as he was being seen to by Nelia, the grin on her face wide and proud. ?We should celebrate when we return to the base.?
?We must never rejoice in death, Ai,? Sylvius chastised. ?Especially when it has been inflicted by our own hand.?
The smile evaporated from her face and she lowered her head slightly. ?Of course, Master. Forgive me.?
"You should be more careful General," Nelia told Sylvius as she treated his wounds, which she was insistent on doing.

As she did Ai wandered over to where Revi was sitting, carrying a sullen look on her face. The woman was tinkering away at the medical droids. She was grumbling to herself, waving away the doctors that tried to look at her as if they were flies.

?Damn Jedi never know when to butt out,? she grumbled.
?Thank you for helping Master Sylvius, General. I am indebted to you.?
?Don?t sweat it, kid. Someone had to save his ass. Besides, that glory hog gets enough action, it?s about time he shared the victory.?
Ai smiled and lowered her head. ?He doesn?t see it as victory,? she said quietly.
Revi turned to her. ?He get on you about that again?? The girl nodded slowly and Revi sighed. ?Hey, don?t worry about it. Syl?s a hardass, always has been. It?s how he copes, y?know? The only reason he nitpicks at you is because he knows y? can be as bad as him.? She reached over, gently nudging the girl?s knee. ?So cheer the fuck up,? she added with a grin. Ai laughed and the General went back to the droid.

When she was finished with the droids, Revi denied she needed any medical attention, saying she was going to collect on a starship she bugged before helping Sylvius take down Viciouston. While Sylvius was meditating, Ai went over to the Comms tower. They had received a transmission that he Sith were on a direct course for Tonnot. She was asked to quickly relay the information to Sylvius, which she did.

She approached the young man quietly, but before she could get his attention, he seemed to sense her, opening his eyes and turning to her.

?What is it, Ai?? he asked.
?Master, we've intercepted a transmission from the Republic. The Sith Order had dispatched another unit. We believe they plan to attack Tonnot.?
?Persistant fools... However, I'm confident that the people of Tonnot can handle themselves.?
Ai furrowed her brow. ?Master? You do not intend to go to battle??
?Tonnot trains more aggressively than anywhere else. The Force is incredibly strong there. Frankly, there is no need for me to go to battle.?
?But...Master, we must strike the Order while they are weak. We can't just ignore such an opportunity!?
Sylvius smiled warmly. ?General Ai, there's no need to. Tonnot will crush them easily,? he soothed in a calm, friendly voice.
Ai clenched her jaw tightly. ?Yes, Master. Forgive my imprudence.?
He seemed to sense that she was still not content. ?Ai, if it's any comfort; the moment it seems that Tonnot needs any assistance, I will see to it that it gets there.?
Ai relaxed a bit and finally smiled slightly. ?Thank you, Master. That is a comfort. I will inform Communications of your decision,? she concluded, bowing graciously and then went to do so.

"Dead? What do you mean, 'dead'?!"
"I'm afraid he was bested in combat by Sylvius Litington."
"You have all but destroyed the training facility and injured countless students!"
"We were too quick to assume you could take on this responsibility. You will be assigned a new mentor until you are able to control yourself."
"You will live to regret this day. I will make you all bow before me."
“We’re heading to Tonnot. They train their elite there, it is strong in the force.
I wish to corrupt it and use it for the training grounds for new sith to rise.
I want you to go there and seize control. Do not fail me, my apprentice.”

“I won’t fail you, my master.”
Reya was torn away from her thoughts as she heard the pilot speaking.

"Prepare for landing."

She grabbed onto the metal bar overhead and stood, facing the hatch at the back of the ship as it opened and jumping the last few feet to the ground. She turned to see the other soldiers marching off their ships either side before she headed off to stand at the front, stepping up onto a rock to overlook the fighters lining up in front of her, the leaders of each squadron standing ahead of their men.

"Harm no children," Reya ordered. "They are the ones we are here for; we shall corrupt them to the dark side. The elders are too set in their ways, they will never betray their own kind. Kill them," she said simply, then frowned deeply. "In front of the initiates every chance you get. We will show them just how weak their masters are, and they will join us willingly if they wish to live."
"And what of General Jarek Tunma?" the leader of one group asked her.
"Leave him to me," she instructed. "You have your orders," she called to the troops ahead of her. "MOVE OUT!"

As the soldiers turned and headed off she tightened her grip on her saber hilts, her bright eyes scanning over the land before her, a land she'd not seen in many years, and yet it was still so familiar.

"Soon..." she clenched her jaw, staring off at the horizon. "Tonnot shall be mine."

She marched off ahead of the troops towards the Jedi temple not too far from their landing spot. All she had to do was complete this mission, take down the leader of the first temple on Tonnot, and she would have proved herself to her new mentor, Samantha. It would be easy enough, they could easily overpower the Jedi through sheer number alone, even if they were a hardy bunch; all she had to do was take out Tunma and the rest would fall. And then, one third of Tonnot's "rebellion" would be theirs.

"Apprentice Sevanar," one of the squad leaders came up to her. "What if we run into raiders?"
"The raiders will either be bargained with or killed. Don't worry, it isn't our business to deal with. I am sure my master already has people working on it."
"Yes, ma'am," he nodded, returning to his place in formation.

When they arrived at the temple the Jedi were already waiting for them as expected, however they were little match for the manpower they had. Sith and Republican soldiers swarmed the place, overpowering the masters and apprentices that tried to defend their temple and making their way inside to the younglings and less skilled padawans that had been instructed to stay back.

The children were easily overpowered and dragged away from their masters who were slaughtered in the most brutal fashion before their eyes as Reya had ordered. The children screamed and cried and tried their hardest to fight back, but were beaten and restrained to be kept in place as their teachers desperately fought to save them, calling out, telling them to be brave, to use the Force, or to just stay back and turn away.

Reya caught sight of a particularly young boy turning away with tears in his eyes and swiftly stepped over to him, grabbing him by the head and jerking him around, holding his eyes open.

"No! You will watch your teachers die! You will see how weak and feeble they are! Look at them! How they bleed and cry; how they fail to save any of you! These are the people you wish to be!?"

She waited until the Jedi before them, who had been made an especially gruesome example of, grabbed by several people and held in place to be gutted alive with a lightsaber, still struggling to break free, even his Force powers suppressed by the Sith surrounding him, twitched and jerked in the throes of death as he was dropped lifelessly to the floor.

Reya shoved the boy by his head to the floor, hard.

"You see what worthless dogs your masters are? No; even dogs have more dignity, than this! Crying and screaming in death!"

She turned from the children and proceeded deeper into the temple, following behind the troops who had already infiltrated the place further and batting away any feeble attempts any Jedi who broke through the others made to attack her.

Soon she caught up with the soldiers at the front, standing before a set of large doors. One of the Sith turned to her as she approached.

"Tunma waits within. The coward hides while his students beg for mercy," he spat.
"I shall deal with him. Continue with the mission, and round the children up in the main hall when you're done."
"Yes, ma'am," he nodded, turning and leading the other back.

Reya remained standing back from the doors, sending a small blast of telekinesis towards them to test their strength, though they opened with little effort. Slowly they moved back until they came to a stop, revealing in the middle of the chamber, Jarek Tunma, sitting cross-legged in a meditative pose. She strode into the room and waited no more than ten feet from him.

"So, you have come for me?" he spoke without moving.
"To end your pitiful life."
"We shall see about that."
"You truly are scum; you do not even fight beside your loyal students."
"They kept me in here in the hopes of ensuring my safety, seeing me as the most important one here."
"And since when does a General obey his pupils?"
"It is not something I am proud of. But the orders came from one higher than myself." Slowly he stood to his feet and turned to face Reya. "And it is with a great guilt within my heart that I remained here."
"Do you hear them scream? Do you hear the cries of the children? The children whom you have betrayed?"
"Now is not the time for talking," he unsheathed his sabers. "Unless you believe we can negotiate rather than resort to violence?"
"I know no such thing." Reya brought her own sabers out and took her stance. Tunma nodded.
"Then so it shall be."

The moment he finished the final word she'd already begun dashing towards him. She swung her right lightsaber at the man and he blocked it with his own; she pushed back and brought her second upwards and he blocked again.

She continued her backwards motion, swinging her arms around and lifting her dominant saber before running around to one side, making the distance between them larger and larger until she was running around the sides of the circular room. He kept his eyes locked upon her, and as she slowly began to close the gap between them he started to send Force blasts towards her. She dodged each one, though she got the feeling he wasn't using it for more than just a distraction.

As she grew closer he braced himself, holding the hilt of his saber with both hands. Finally she bridged the gap with a leap through the air towards him, lifting both blades and bringing them down towards his head. He lifted his own and blocked her attacks, but she vaulted over and behind him, turning and tossing her second lightsaber over his head as he moved so he missed it, and returning her hand behind her quickly so it didn't look out of place.

When he turned she thrust her saber into him and once again he blocked it, however he hadn't yet registered her free second hand and wasn't expecting her to simply punch him in the gut, sending him back with a small blast of the Force and quickly stepping to remain directly in front of him, though the Jedi himself had not yet regained composure.

She kicked his feet out from under him and caught her returning saber with expert skill, lunging down to strike him, though he caught himself mere inches from the ground and once more brought his own blade to both of hers, pushing upwards and throwing the young woman back off him so he could roll to one side and return to his feet.

However, he underestimated her abilities when it came to regaining herself and continuing to fight, and so he didn't manage to dodge her blast of Force sent into his lower back. It was only small, but enough to throw him off guard and allow for her to skid across the floor and send him flying from his feet before he'd even properly returned to them.

Tunma fell onto his front, and mid-roll to attempt to get back up once more Reya was already on her feet and stamped upon his long hair, jerking his head backwards towards her. She just managed to move to one side as he sent a Force blast back at her, and only caught the side of it, flying backwards only a short distance compared to if she'd been hit full on. As she did so she flung her saber ahead of herself, over the Jedi's head before he got back up.

The weapon came flying toward him and he knocked it to one side with his own, but that gave Reya the chance to get up behind him and attack. He turned around just in time to block her blade with his own, though he did so only when her saber was inches from his face, and it took him longer to steady his hand than before.

He shoved her off and she struck again immediately, once again coming very close to hitting him. Every time he managed to block her she'd simply bring another strike down towards him, screaming as she did so, and bit by bit it was wearing him down. She could see the sweat trickling down his brow.

"You're getting tired, old man!" she yelled. "Maybe it's time to retire?"
"Your words prove how much you still have to learn, child. A Jedi's skills only grow as he does; with age comes wisdom."
"So they tell me," she sent a heavy blow forwards and almost knocked him off his feet. "But those words are often the last they ever speak."

Reya kept on pushing him further and further, he was having to back up to keep his footing so that he didn't end up tumbling over. Before long she'd have backed him into a corner.

"How about I give you some leeway, Jedi?" She jumped and flipped over him, turning in the air to land facing him again, bringing her saber down upon his own.
"I need no favours from you, child."
"And I grant you none," she threw another particularly heavy attack at him, and in the moment of weakness she had in drawing back he sent a blast towards her.

Again she jumped to one side, but this time allowed the Force to send her away from him as her second saber, having remained in the air since she threw it, came up behind him in the space she'd so graciously given him. He turned too late and the blade sliced through his arm, leaving it hanging by a thread, before returning to her hand.

"Still think you have the upper hand?"

He watched as the last bit of tissue gave way and his arm hit the floor with a thud. She took the opportunity to bombard him with attacks again, only this time wielding two blades, meaning twice as many strikes, whereas his ability had been cut in half.

It was barely a challenge anymore. She'd had him on the ropes before, but now he could barely hold his own. He tried to send Force blasts at her, but under stress, tired, wounded and without a free hand to guide his attacks he couldn't have hoped to hit her even when she was right in front of him, somewhere she didn't stay as she darted back and forth.

Soon enough blood loss would be a factor too, as although the area that had been cut off was burned by her blade and not bleeding, the area which had still been attached was beginning to bleed more and more profusely as his movements tore the wound open further.

Eventually she'd had enough, and when she saw her chance she struck, knocking the lightsaber from his hand and slamming her boot down upon the hilt before he could grab it. She kicked it backwards as she felt him tug at it with the Force and lifted it into the air behind her, sheathing her left saber and returning it to its holster.

In one final bid to keep himself alive Tunma made to send a powerful Force blast towards Reya, but before he had a chance to do anything she'd lifted him into the air before her, holding her free had up in his direction. He struggled to fight back, but she balled her hand into a fist, and with it crushed him with the Force, hard enough to almost tear him in half at the waist.

The General made a final, breathless groan of pain, writhing in the air for a moment before hitting the ground like a rag doll as Reya dropped him. She sheathed her remaining saber and lifted his corpse into the air, bringing it along behind her as she headed back into the main hall where she found the children had been rounded up as she'd ordered.

To one side was a pile of Jedi corpses, being added to as the soldiers tossed the remaining bodies onto the pile. Reya lifted the body of Jarek Tunma high into the air above her head.

"You see your master now?" she called to the children who looked over with tears in their eyes, screaming again as they saw the temple General's corpse. The older students tried to comfort them and cover their eyes, only to be beaten and forced away by the guards surrounding them.

"He is nothing more than the rest; a worthless sack of flesh. You see how he protects you!?" She flung his body down hard onto the ground, his eyes open wide and empty. "You will join the dark side, or this will be your fate as well. You with sleep in the sand with your beloved mentors!"

Reya kicked Tunma's corpse out of the way as she made her way to the entrance of the temple. Without turning she spoke to one of the leaders as she passed, slowing her pace.

"Send word to my master. The mission is completed."
"Yes, ma'am," he nodded and she continued back to the ships.

?There is no need for that report, Commander.? Samantha walked confidently up the hallway to the main hall. Stepping over dead bodies and watching and listening for the children sobbing. ?You have much to learn of the dark side, Reya.? As Samantha approached her apprentice face-to-face, Reya instantly she kneeled before her out of respect.

Samantha turned to the children, and grabbed a child that was not sobbing. The child began to fight back, kicking and punching, but it didn?t affect Samantha at all. Grabbing from the neckline of his clothing she brought his face within inches of hers.

?Angry that I ordered to kill your master?? The child fought back harder.

?You should be. I even took pleasure in it.? Samantha threw the child back to the ground.

?Even she took pleasure in it.? Pointing to Reya.

?Maybe you should do something about it.? Using the force, she telekinetically brings forth a lightsaber from one of the other sith. She hands it out before her indicating for the child to grab it and use it. The child instantly grabs it, and within one swift motion he ignites it and lashes out towards Samantha. Samantha expected this and draws and ignites her own lightsaber blocking his attack and being superior in strength pushes him back against a wall and she brings up her other hand and lightning shoots forth from it and hits the child directly. The child screams out in pain and drops to the floor. He gets back up and is breathing heavily as if he is more angry. He draws his lightsaber again and lunges towards Samantha once again. This padawan is no match for Samantha as she once again blocks with her lightsaber. But this time she doesn?t throw him back, instead she drains him of his energy and brings him in even closer to her. The glow of the two red lightsabers reveals the faces of the two combatants. Samantha is turning him to the dark side.

?Do you hate me for what I?ve done? Go on, hate me. I deserve it.? Samantha smiles as she knows she is pushing his buttons. The young boy cries out in suffering and then passes out from the energy that Samantha is still draining him from. She drops his limp body to the ground and walks over to Reya thinking of the Sith code in her head.

Peace is a lie; there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.

?Fear leads to Anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.? Samantha pauses for a moment to let that sink in to Reya?s mind. ?That is how we get to the dark side, my apprentice.?

Nelia was bombarded by strange blurs and images, screams and cries echoed all around her. But through it all she became aware someone was calling her name. It was getting further and further away, but somehow more vivid, more clear among the screams of pain. Fear and panic rose in her rapidly, they were going to get her, going to tear her apart.

Suddenly she was running down a corridor, blood smeared its walls. She was desperately trying to get into one of the rooms, clawing at them, screaming; but none of the doors were opening. Her terror spiked as she reached the end of the corridor - a dead end. She back up against it. they were coming for her, and there was nothing she could do.

Then suddenly there was another voice, one far off, it was spiked with panic. "Miss Armande, please wake up!" Nelia's eyes snapped open as she awoke with a start, in a cold sweat. In one swift motion she grabbed her blaster and pointed it at the shadowy figure looming over her bed.

Dureena gasped and fell backwards, frantically trying to get out of the blasters range. Nelia, realising it was her assistant, lowered the gun and quickly composed herself to her normal temperament.
"Forgive me Dureena, I'm just on guard." The girl still looked shaken and Nelia felt a pang of guilt.
"Are... are you okay? You were crying out in your sleep..."
"I'm fine," Nelia said sharply. "Are you?" The girl nodded sheepishly. "Good, now why did you wake me?" she asked.
"General
Lasek, wishes for your presence... he's waiting outside."
"Thank you Dureena," Nelia stood promptly, still fully clothed and went to the door of her tent. She turned back for a moment and said, "Get some rest Dureena..."

Outside, General Lasek was waiting. He was in charge of the whole medical division, and had great faith in Nelia. He'd taken notice of her fairly soon into her service due to her talents, and she'd been a favourite ever since, jumping through the ranks. It was looking more and more like he would be leaving his position to her if anything were to happen to him. This was something she was not quite comfortable with, though she didn't show it, especially because of the man's health deteriorating somewhat as of late. "General Lasek," he turned when he heard her voice.
"My apprentice," he smiled.
"Sir, forgive me... but I thought you were assigned elsewhere, did you not think me capable of leading the medical division here?"
"I have come because I have heard grave news, Lieutenant Armande."
"What is it General?"
"Tonnot has been invaded by the Sith forces."
"I was already aware, we didn't think it any real problem."
"Jedi Tunma is dead, and one of the temples has fallen." Nelia's expression didn't change, but her heart raced. "I have come for an emergency meeting, and I would like you to come with me."
"Why should I come with you, I never have before?" she asked, deciding to play dumb.
"You know why Nelia," he said gravely. She looked into his stern expression, then simply nodded.

As Revi had predicted, the starship was stranded on the planet. She grinned as she approached them, thankful she not longer had to use subtlety in approaching them. She immediately unsheathed her lightfoils and sprang into attack. She knew how the Republican Guard fought now, so she didn’t need to hold back. He suc***bed to her blades rather easily and Revi made sport of him, quickly moving to kill the pilot and the troops there. Afterward, she hopped aboard the ship, working out the controls fairly easily and then firing it up.

“Base to Master Liana, we—”
“I told you idiots to cram it with that Master shit,” Revi snapped at her communicator.
“Uh, apologies…General. We have a bit of a situation here.”
She sighed with annoyance. “What is it?”
“The Sith Order issued a covert unit to Tonnot. We redirected the intercepted the transmission from the Republic, but it was apparently old data. They weren’t warned in time.”
Revi clenched her jaw. “How bad?”
“Master Tunma, General…he was killed.”

Revi lowered her head. Tunma was a strong ally, and more than that, a good man. Revi liked him. She took a breath and said a silent goodbye to him.

“And the younglings…they—”
“What?” Revi snapped. “Those bastards killed the students?”
“They’re missing, General. We aren’t…sure.”
“Of course,” she snarled. “They’re going to convert them. Alright, we’re going to retrieve them.”
“But…General, we have no means—”
“I’ll be there soon,” she said simply, turning off the communicator. She would find them herself if she had to. The only thing that annoyed Revi more than Jedi were Sith.

As soon as the ship landed at their medical base, Revi hopped out and went about repairing the parts she’d damaged so that the ship would be able to enter into hyperspace. When questioned by one of the Commanders as to what she was doing, Revi informed them she was going to help the rescue effort of the younglings.

“But…General, the Rebellion has already issued relief efforts. We need your skills here. We—”
“Listen to me,” Revi growled, turning around swiftly and grabbing the young Padawan by the scruff of the neck. Nobody walks on my turf like they own the place and presumes to have the gonads to fuck with my people. That shit’s personal.” She jerked the man away before going to open the ship’s hanger. “So I’m going to see to it personally.”
“What do I tell General Sylvius!?” he cried as she boarded the starship.
“Tell him if he’s got nothing better to do, he’s welcome to join me,” she concluded, closing the hanger and going toward the ****pit.

When she was out of the planets atmosphere and a ways away from its radiation belts, she made the jump to lightspeed. She groaned tenaciously when she realized she didn’t bring an Astromech droid and had to make the hyperspace calculations herself. It wasn’t that she couldn’t do it, it was just a pain in the ass and she didn’t have a lot of time to wait. When she came out of hyperspace in the Tonnot system, she got a message from Vyen San'Unda.

“Revi,” he said.
“I’m approaching Tonnot now, I can see the Republic’s blockade,” she told him.
“Our forces won’t reach the planet before you do. You’ll be on your own for a while,” he warned.
“I’m not going to sit back and watch them wander through our house, Vyen.”
“I know,” he replied and Revi could almost hear him smile. “Just be careful. And remember, the younglings are our priority.”
“I got it,” she said, flipping off her communicator.

She made it past the blockade around the planet fairly easily since she was in a Republic starship. She made her way to the training facility that was hidden on the planet. Her hand tightened around the controls when she saw the enemy ships. She landed right among the cluster and immediately received a transmission them a communicator outside.

“Please state your operating number,” they said.

Revi didn’t reply. She moved around the corner, opening the ship’s hanger and pulling out her blaster. When they ordered the ship be searched, she fired. The plasma beams shot through the Republic troops and they fell to the ground. There was no point in being discrete anymore as when she peeked from inside the ship, she saw the invaders had already noticed her presence. She also saw the younglings being directed toward the ships, a lot of them crying.

She clenched her jaw and jumped out, firing several beams at the troops who were overseeing the children. She got a couple of them, but one of her beams was knocked away by a lightsaber. A young Sith jumped in between her and the younglings, whose faces lit up with hope when they saw her. But just then, General Samantha walked over from the other side of the ship.

“Samantha,” Revi smirked. “I should’ve known only someone with as little backbone as you would go after a group of kids. The Order has certainly reached new heights.”

Samantha ordered her apprentice to take care of Revi. The Sith obediently agreed and stepped forward. Revi raised her eyebrows.

“I don’t wanna hurt you, kid,” she said.
“That’s too bad,” the girl replied, unsheating her lightsabers. “Because I’m dying to hurt you.”

Revi smirked and put her blaster back in its holster, taking her lightfoils in either hand and unsheathed them. She took a stance, lifting them defensively in front of her and preparing herself for the girl’s attack, which came much more quickly than Revi had anticipated. She still managed to block it, but another attack came immediately afterward. The speed and force of her attack was unrelenting and Revi had to focus most of her energy at blocking the attacks, while still trying to analyze the pattern in them.

When they parted, Reya narrowed her eyes. “You are not strong in the Force,” she pointed out.
“I don’t have time for mystic religions,” Revi replied with a smirk.
“Do not underestimate the Force,” the Sith said and charged at her again.
“I don’t,” Revi replied as the girl’s lightsabers clashed with her lightfoils. “I respect it.”

She moved backward slowly as the girl unleashed a fury of fast, precise attacks that Revi narrowly managed to block. She was skilled with her blade, more so than Revi had seen in a long time. But she was finally starting to pick up on her pattern of attack. Between each fury of sweeps, Reya would change positions to attack at a less defended area. In that small instant she was vulnerable and if Revi could turn the strategy around on her with her own fury of swings, she would send the girl into the defensive and gain at least a temporary upper hand.

After slashing continuously at Revi’s torso, Reya changed her trajectory toward Revi’s shoulders and in that moment, Revi started attacking. Her speed caught Reya off guard and for a moment she struggled to defend the attacks, which came too quickly for her to counter. She started taking steps backward, just as Revi had done moments ago. Revi’s swung her tonfas at the girl persistently and swiftly until she jumped backward.

“How are you so skilled with a lightsaber?” the girl demanded.
“Kid, I wouldn’t be alive today if I couldn’t handle myself against Force-sensitives.”
Slowly, the girl started to smile. “Then I have no reason to hold back.”
Revi smiled, too. “I was thinking the same thing. So what do you say we start playin' for keeps?”

((Guys, I buggered by last post, Lasek was supposed to be a general. I've edited it now.))

After the meeting, Lasek pulled Nelia to one side. "What is it General?" she asked.
"I wish for you to go to Tonnot, in my place," he said. She paused for a moment, appearing as though she was thinking it over carefully, but in truth she was completely taken aback by such a suggestion.
"General, with all due respect, I do not think I am anywhere near capable for such a task-" She was cut off by the General grunting and pulling her off to the direction of her tent, it appeared he did not want to be overheard. "General?" she said once they were alone. The man sighed and sat down on one of the chairs resting there.
"Nelia, I assume you are aware of my ill health?" She nodded, not exactly sure if she liked where this was going. "And I am sure you know that I have taken and interest in you following after me."
"Yes General, I have, and it troubles me deeply. Though I am flattered by your belief in me, I feel incapable of such a task."
"I feel differently, and I believe so does General Litington, I have already spoken with him about the matter."

"You have?" she asked. The only thing that would seem to stop her from becoming General if Lasek died was if Sylvius objected, and it didn't look like he was going to.
"Yes. You have proven yourself here well, and I believe you should take control of the medical division being sent to Tonnet."
"If you believe I should, then I will. You already know how I feel upon the matter, General, I'm sure."
"I do this to protect you from my position if nothing else," he said, lowering his voice. "I... am sure that I would die on Tonnot in my current condition... then it will be forced upon you whether you like it or not..." He turned to her slowly. "At least this way, you have a little more time. Even if it forces me into the cowards way to die."
"General..."
"Will you be okay on Tonnot, Nelia? Personally I mean." She raised her eyebrows.
"I see General, you are worried that because General Litington found me on that planet three years ago and recruited me, that I may be inclined to try and find out about my past while I'm there?"
"Yes, frankly."
"I assure you I will think of nothing but the mission while I am there."
"Good... Ah, I have also appointed Dureena Kynnovan as your permanent assistant." Nelia felt her stomach lurch, was Dureena capable of Tonnot?
"Yes," she said in spite of herself, knowing that she shouldn't disobey any further. "Thank you for this opportunity General."

Sylvius sat on the ground, leaning against the wall of a temporary building, rubbing his eyes. A rebel soldier with broken ribs sat next to him, going on about how much of an honor it was to finally meet their leader. Sylvius almost couldn't hear him over the distant screaming.

"I'm just a man."
"But you're so much more than that! You're-"
An idiot, Sylvius thought.
"-only a few years older than me! And you've been in countless battles, man. You've never even been hurt!"
"Do you want to be the leader of the Rebellion?"

The soldier stopped ranting for a moment and thought about it. Sylvius opened his troubled eyes and looked at the man.

"No, actually. It seems like a lot of pressure... to send so many men to their deaths... it has to drive you insane."
Sylvius sat there staring at the man for a moment longer before closing his eyes again and sighing.

"I reckon it will."

Footsteps approached the two, and Sylvius reopened his eyes. A messenger stood saluting him, and Sylvius waited. The messenger said nothing.

"..Go on."
"Sir, a transport with all of our able-bodied men is leaving now for Tonnot-"

Sylvius jumped to his feet and ran toward the hangar. Along the way he met San'Unda, who was also running. San'Unda grinned at him, but Sylvius, filled with guilt, couldn't bring a smile to his face. They ran in silence and climbed aboard the first starship to leave.

Sylvius took a seat and told the uptight soldiers in the transport that they could be at ease, and he once again closed his eyes. The transport lifted uneasily off the ground and gained altitude quickly. Once it was above the atmosphere, it set a course for Tonnot and jumped to hyperspace.

"Sir," the co-pilot spoke to Sylvius, "we've just received intelligence that a Republican ship was hijacked by a single Rebel and has landed on Tonnot."
Sylvius grinned. "Then that is where we will go. Find it and land in the same hangar."

The ship exited hyperspace with Tonnot in view. It descended through the atmosphere, and landed in the hangar. When the transport's doors opened, gunfire would have showered the soldiers were it not for San'Unda and Litington deflecting it. Sylvius stepped out into the hangar and force dashed toward a group of soldiers, cutting them down. A Sith made to slash at Sylvius' back, but the Rebel turned around and caught the Sith's throat.

Sylvius watched the man fall, remembering Viciouston, before he spotted Revi defending herself against a flurry of attacks from a young girl. Sylvius cut down another Sith before he began fighting his way toward Revi. When the two broke apart, Sylvius called out to her.

"Revi, having a bit of trouble with a young one?"
"It took you long enough to get here, Syl."
"I didn't have anything else to do."

Samantha smiled as her apprentice was neck-in-neck with this pathetic little soldier, but Reya was right, this young one wasn?t attuned to the force like we were. She knew she wouldn?t need to interrupt, she is training her apprentice well and with her abilities, she could easily take out this one.

"Revi, having a bit of trouble with a young one?"
"It took you long enough to get here, Syl."
"I didn't have anything else to do."

Samantha snarled at the new comer. She recognized the man and drew her lightsaber and ignited it. ?You.? She said with a bit of anger behind it. ?I will cut you down where you stand.? With that notion Samantha leaps forward with such speed and accuracy and took a swipe at the Jedi Master.

Sylvius blocked the unexpected incoming attack from Samantha and pushed her back a few feet to gain his feet positioning properly. It didn?t take before long where multi attacks from Samantha came raining down onto the Master. Samantha knew she could easily gain the upper ground if she were to force drain on him. But she wanted to unleash all her anger onto the Jedi.

?Reya, kill that Jedi wannabe. The Master is mine.? The tone in Samantha?s voice grew to hatred towards the man. It?s as if Samantha is seeking revenge for something in their past. Samantha remembers all too well on whom this man is. Sure it was 15 years ago, so he was much younger back then. This is the man that physically brought her to the Jedi Academy and away from her family. She is sure he would not remember her, 15 years is a long time, and clearly she has changed since then.

(OOC: Hope you don't mind being the cause of me being evil. Lol.)

{{Sylvius is only twenty. Fifteen years ago he would have been five, dragging an eight year old to a Jedi Temple.))
((Not to mention, Sylvius isn't the kind of person who would drag anyone anywhere.))
((If your character mistook him for his father, you might want to go into that.))

((Also, I noticed your verb tenses are all over the place. It's no big deal, but you might want to work on it. Roleplaying is generally written in the past tense.}}

(Yea, I'll mistake you for your father then. Forgot your character was young)
(On that note, wow already a general and jedi master at 20?)

{{Well, Reya's at that level too, and younger than him. The only thing holding her back is her anger issues, and that's not fighting-wise, that just other-people-promoting-her-wise.}}

“There is no need for that report, Commander.” Reya looked over to see her master walking up the hallway to the main hall. “You have much to learn of the dark side, Reya.”

As she approached her face-to-face, Reya kneeled before her respectfully. She remained down on one knee as Samantha tortured one of the initiates, keeping her eyes to the floor. It wasn't that she couldn't stand to see the children tormented, far from it, but getting used to a new mentor after all this time was more than difficult, especially because of how much she had admired Khaan. In truth, she was only acting on her best behaviour because she knew she'd get nowhere otherwise. Corruption was a noble enough goal, but it wasn't quite the same as what she'd been taught; Khaan's way had become her own, so much so that she couldn't deviate from it, and this was not his way. She simply held her tongue and acted with the due respect, until eventually, she could have her vengeance.

“Fear leads to Anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.” Samantha spoke as she finished with the child, pausing for a moment to let it sink in to Reya’s mind. “That is how we get to the dark side, my apprentice.”
"Yes...Master."

As the older woman headed back outside, giving commands to the troops, Reya stood and walked behind her, her head lowered. When they reached the ships, however, they were met with some of the Jedi rebellion.

“Samantha,” a woman Reya recognised as General Liana smirked. “I should’ve known only someone with as little backbone as you would go after a group of kids. The Order has certainly reached new heights.”

Samantha ordered for Reya to take care of Liana and she obediently agreed and stepped forward. The woman raised her eyebrows.

“I don’t wanna hurt you, kid,” she said.
“That’s too bad,” the girl replied, unsheathing her lightsabers. “Because I’m dying to hurt you.”

The Jedi smirked and put her blaster back in its holster, taking her sabers in either hand and unsheathed them. She took a stance, lifting them defensively in front of her and preparing herself for Reya's attack, which seemed to catch her off guard. She still managed to block it, but when another attack came immediately afterwards, along with another and then another, the Jedi seemed to have to use more concentration than she'd been anticipating. However, still the woman didn't use any powers relating to the Force, and upon closer inspection, her sabers were not real sabers at all, they were lightfoils.

When they parted, Reya narrowed her eyes. “You are not strong in the Force,” she pointed out.
“I don’t have time for mystic religions,” Liana replied with a smirk.
“Do not underestimate the Force,” the Sith said and charged at her again.
“I don’t,” she replied as Reya's lightsabers clashed with her lightfoils. “I respect it.”

She moved backward slowly as Reya attacked her faster, making it harder and harder for the woman to block her attacks. Then suddenly, as she made to switch her position to attack a less defended area Liana swung her blades at her and caught her off guard, forcing their positions to switch, leaving Reya playing the defensive, something she hated. The rebel swung her tonfas at the girl persistently and swiftly until she jumped backward.

“How are you so skilled with a lightsaber?” the girl demanded.
“Kid, I wouldn’t be alive today if I couldn’t handle myself against Force-sensitives.”
Slowly, the girl started to smile. “Then I have no reason to hold back.”
Liana smiled, too. “I was thinking the same thing. So what do you say we start playin' for keeps?”

Reya had only just moved to change her stance when she heard a voice calling in their direction. "Revi, having a bit of trouble with a young one?"

The Sith turned her head to see Sylvius Litington fighting his way towards them. Time froze as she looked upon his face, and instantly she was transported back into her memories. Khaan Sevanar insisting he would be fine on his mission and that she didn't need to accompany him; being informed that he had been murdered by Litington; standing in the front row at the funeral, her hands balled into fists at her sides as she struggled to accept what was happening, that he was really dead, angry tears threatening to fall from her eyes. And then all at once time returned, her surroundings came back into focus, she could hear the noises of battle around her.

"It took you long enough to get here, Syl," Liana said.
"I didn't have anything else to do."

Reya's face contorted with rage, but before she could say anything Samantha got there. “You,” she snarled at him. “I will cut you down where you stand.”

She leaped forwards and took a swipe at him
, though he managed to block it and throw her back so that he could regain his balance. She didn't hesitate to continue her attacks, lunging forwards and slashing wildly at him.

“Reya, kill that Jedi wannabe. The Master is mine.” The tone in Samantha’s voice grew to hatred towards the man.

Reya just stared at her. She had to choose. Her new master, or vengeance. Despite the fact that her anger was what held her back from promotion, that it was the very thing that lead her to be Samantha's apprentice rather than her equal, it was still no question at all. She didn't care; Litington was hers.

"No!" she cried in defiance. She thrust an arm in Liana's direction without even looking, sending the woman flying back, screaming curses as she went, then ran towards Sylvius. "He is mine!" She slashed her sabers towards him and moved between the Jedi and her master.

"Reya! You dare defy me!?" she heard the woman scream angrily, but she paid no mind.

"Litington! You killed my master; prepare to die!"

Confusion momentarily took place on the man's face, but he didn't have time to let it last as the girl sent a series of brutal attacks towards him. In the background she heard the frustrated screams of her new master, and it sounded as though Liana was giving her some trouble. She didn't think she would be thankful of the Jedi, but she almost owed her a favour. However, that thought would have to wait for now.

{{Yo Nol'-dawg, this can be the fight with the er, accidental limb malfunction if you wish. I'm cool for it being now or later or whenever, so. Yeeeeah.

Also, Reya's in for a world of hurt from Samantha later. :x}}

Nelia and Dureena got on the starship leaving for Tonnot, along with all of the other able bodied men, including Sylvius.
"Dureena, stay on the ship," Nelia said just before landing.
"But... shouldn't I-"
"It's an order," Nelia insisted tonelessly, checking her blasters.
"A-alright," the girl acquiesced.
"Good - everyone else, come with me!"

Nelia and the other medics went to join the ranks of the soldiers, accompanying them in entering the hanger. She immediately saw Sylvius dash off to get into the fray, and in the distance she could just make out Revi fighting a particularly persistent Sith. The children were there too.

Nelia sent a Force Blast into the Sith making their way toward her and the Rebellion men. This sent most flying back, but only to be replaced by another wave. She began to fire her blasters at them, making her way as quickly as she could to help the children, Revi and Sylvius.

When she managed to get a chance to look over again from the battle she saw that an enemy General was there - Samantha. Suddenly a Sith tried to land a strike on her while she was preoccupied, she turned sharply to see
San'Unda blast him with the Force just in time - the man smiled at her before rushing off the help the Rebellion soldiers. "I owe you!" she called after him, turning back to pay attention to the fight.

It seemed that ahead Sylvius was causing a stir, and when Nelia finally managed to break through it was in time to see Revi thrown back violently by the Sith she'd been fighting. In a split second decision she went after Revi instead; Sylvius could handle himself. "Are you alright!?" she asked the General.
"I've had worse," the General said sharply, clambering
to her feet and grabbing onto her lightfoils.
"Let's go then!" Nelia said, running alongside the General and back into the fight

{{I'm tired, so Reya gets a terrible case of the Turrtz.}}

"Litington! You killed my master; prepare to die!"

Sylvius raised an eyebrow when the young girl charged him, but he had no time to ponder the reason for her switching targets to attack him as he stepped in and out of her slashes and stabs.

"I hope you have no wishes to die, young lady; I'm afraid I don't kill women," he taunted, grinning.

The Sith apprentice grew angrier and screamed at him, slashing harder and faster. "Shut your mouth you motherfucker!"

She brought her left blade down and Sylvius stepped out of its way, keeping his eyes locked on hers. It was easy to see where she would attack, as her eyes predicted her movements. She lunged, and Sylvius stepped again to the side, and then into a range that was too close for her to reach him with her sabers. He grinned even wider as she tried to kick him away, stepping out of her range again to speak.

"Now, now, you're far too delicate for words like that."

The apprentice went red in the face, and she quickly gained on Sylvius' footing, setting him off balance for only a second. She followed this with a slash that nearly cleaved Sylvius in half but instead left him with a minor gash. Sylvius winced and she took advantage of his hesitation to settle in with a series of fast and vicious attacks that Sylvius had a bit of trouble stepping in and out of.

The apprentice faked a slash at Sylvius' left side, and he would have stepped into his death if he hadn't drawn one of his blades to block her right attack. The two broke apart and Sylvius twirled the lightsaber in his hand, chewing on the inside of his lip.

"This is unnecessary, you know."
"Afraid to die, Jedi?"
"Afraid I might live," he said with his familiar grin, looking behind the Sith apprentice to see a squad of Republican soldiers loading a group of children onto a transport ship. He withdrew his lightsaber and said, "So sorry to cut this short, little lady, but I'm needed elsewhere."

As one final insult, Sylvius dashed past the Sith, dodging another attack and then escaping into a crowd while she pursued him.

Sylvius cut down the squad fairly easily just as San'Unda appeared from the chaos of battle. He offered to take the children to safety, and Sylvius nodded.

"Careful, Sylvius," The General said, grimly. Sylvius saw something in his friend's eyes that told him something harsh was about to take place, and the Sith Apprentice stepped out from the crowd with her blades drawn.

"Litington!," she screamed.

Sylvius frowned, seeing no way out of the conflict, and drew his lightsaber again. "You got a name, Sith?"
The apprentice told him to fuck himself, and Sylvius sighed.
"I suppose we should get this under way, then?"

The apprentice charged him and he prepared himself for another of her explosive series of attacks. Sylvius blocked them and kicked her away when he saw a hole in her attacks, following with a concentrated force blast to her gut to wind her. Sylvius ran to her side while she was doubled over and sent a fist to the side of her neck, missing as he went for a sweep kick. Sylvius landed on his back and tried his best to block her attacks from the ground.

Each hit inched closer to Sylvius' face and chest, and he did his best to charge a Maelstrom while defending himself. He was obviously outclassed with the apprentice, and broke into a sweat while she wailed on him. One slash pressed heat against Sylvius' cheek, and he released the Maelstrom, blasting the apprentice away while he climbed to his feet.

The attack tired him, and he struggled to stay on his feet as he watched the Sith charge him once more. She began to attack before she was even in range, and Sylvius took advantage of this small mistake by stepping into her range and knocking a shoulder into her throat, sending her just a few feet back.

Sylvius brought his lightsaber upward and slashed a deep cut into the girl's shoulder, causing her to lose control of that arm and curse loudly. Her lightsaber flew out of her hand in mid-attack, and fell toward Sylvius' right knee. He attempted to step away, but his momentum was forward and the lightsaber met his knee, nearly dismembering him. The two fell to the cold cement ground of the hangar, clutching their wounds, and San'Unda made to drag Sylvius away.

Blood escaped rapidly from Sylvius' wound, an artery being severed and a thick bone being ruined, and he began to lose consciousness. Sylvius blacked out amidst the laser fire while San'Unda called for a medic, nearly begging his friend to stay awake.

After Nelia helped her to her feet, the two women darted toward Sylvius and the combating Sith. They met with San?Unda and he halted Revi mid-stride. The women turned to him with a furious expression. The Jedi, of course, was ever calm.

?We need your help rescuing the younglings, Sylvius can handle himself,? the General urged.
?I don?t give a damn about Syl,? Revi snapped. ?That little brat pissed me off and I?m going to give her a piece of??
?Do not let your anger get the better of you,? San?Unda interrupted. ?We have a job to do.?
?Spare me the Jedi crap, San, that kid is mine.?

She shoved him off and darted back toward the fight. However, it appeared she was too late. The girl?s lightsaber had sliced through his leg, apparently dismembering him. However, it wasn?t without effort, as it appeared she, too, had been injured.

Before the girl even had time to gather her thoats, Revi was at her with a fury of attacks. With only one lightsaber to fight back with, coupled with her deep shoulder wound, Revi had an extreme advantage. Between her anger and the notion that Sylvius might well be dead, Revi didn?t care enough to hold back. The girl gritted her teeth and at a moment of distraction, Revi spun and kicked her in the gut, sending her flying back. However when she dashed toward her to deliver the deadly blow, she was stopped by another lightsaber.

Samantha had stepped between them and pushed Revi back. The girl was in her feet again and Revi would have gladly killed the both of them, but they retreated it at the sight of even more Rebels. Revi ran after them with the intent to kill them, but was called by San?Unda.

She paused to look back, seeing him hovering over Sylvius with frantic eyes. She clenched her jaw, taking one last look at the fleeing Sith before turning and rushing over to Sylvius? side. Nelia was already there, trying to stop the bleeding. Revi unsheathed one of her lightfoils and Nelia?s eyes widened.

?What are you doing??
?Cauterizing the wound,? the General replied simply. After flicking the lightfoil to the correct setting, she went about doing so. Sylvius groaned loudly in pain, only half conscious.

After the last of the Sith fled, they focussed all of their efforts on the injured. Sylvius was taken aboard a medical station where his leg had to be amputated. Revi watched, arms folded across her chest, as the droids working on him, the unconscious Jedi unstirring in his slumber. San?Unda stood next to her, gazing with a blank expression.

?You disobeyed orders, Revi,? the Tusken said quietly. ?The younglings were our responsibility.?
?I don?t take orders,? the woman replied calmly.
?The child was felled. You didn?t need to go after her.?
?I didn?t do it because I felt I had to. I did it because she had to coming.?
?You are beginning to sound like a Sith,? the Jedi commented.
Revi smiled slightly. ?Then thank the Force that I wasn?t born sensitive to it.?

Ai seemed a little uncomfortable by the back and forth between Generals. Anyone would guess they disapproved of each other, but truth be told, they had an exchange like this every now and again. San?Unda would try in vain to get the woman to act a little more sensibly, while Revi essentially told him to go **** himself. In reality, they were good friends and had a great deal of respect for one another. They just didn?t see eye to eye all the time and had no issue with letting the other know it.

Revi lowered her arms and went to leave the waiting room as the other General called to her, asking her where she was headed.

?He?s going to need a prosthetic leg when he wakes up,? she replied. ?I?m going to start working on it.?

Revi got the exact measurements herself, as she rarely depended on droids for helping her build to fix things. She couldn?t finish the actual limb until they returned to the base where she had he best tools, but she could draw out the schematics in the mean time.

When they arrived at the base, Revi went straight to her workshop to begin constructing on the leg. It took a couple days to complete and Revi hardly left her workshop while building it. She stayed lived off the booze she had stashed in there, waving any of the Rebel soldiers who came to give her updates or reports that she didn?t care to hear. When it was finished, Revi stood back and gazed at it with satisfaction, before lifting it and heading over to the command station where Sylvius was going over reports with San?Unda. She smiled at Ai, who was dozing off to the side, though snapping to attention when the General walked in.

?I hope you like it, it wasn?t easy,? she declared, placing the limb down before him. Sylvius nodded and smiled.
?Thank you?very much, Revi. It appears to be your best work.?
?You say that every time, jackass,? she replied, though smiled appreciatively of the compliment.
?You?ll be ready for combat again soon then, Master?? Ai spoke up.
?Let?s not rush things, young Padawan,? San?Unda advised. ?We have to see how this limb works out first.?
?Yes, Master,? Ai said, lowering her head. ?Apologies.?
?I believe I will be, Ai. So worry not,? Sylvius spoke up, causing Ai to beam again.
?Well,? Revi sighed, lifting her hands and clasping them in behind her head, ?I?ve got a liquor stash I?ve been neglecting. I?ll see you kids later.?
?You don?t smell as if you?ve been neglecting it,? Sylvius commented.
?Don?t make me cut off the other one,? she quipped, before heading to her bedchamber to pass out.

Ai waited anxiously for the return of her Master and the other Rebels. She was upon their orbited shuttle with a few of the other Rebels, in case the Sith blockade attacked and they had to defend their means of possibly emergency transporting the younglings into another system. She felt useless, however, as there was no attack and she had nothing but sit and wait.

It didn?t help things that General Sylvius had been rather brutally injure and ended up losing his right leg from the knee down. He?d lost a lot of blood and was in recovery for a few hours while Ai paced the room. The tension between the Generals didn?t help the mood, though Ai was much more focussed on Sylvius? well-being.

When he was awake, she rushed in to see him.

?Master,? she exclaimed. ?Are you alright??
He smiled at her, his eyes tired. ?Quite alright. They tell me Revi has already begun work on a new leg.?
?I?m so sorry I wasn?t there to back you up, Master. But I promise I will get the Sith that??
?Think not of revenge,? he interrupted. ?The younglings are safe. And as fortune would have it, I will live. Let us count our blessings.?

Ai smiled, relaxing a little. The optimistic banter her Master spoke that tended to annoy her on occasion did exactly the opposite now. It was just a relief to see him alive, awake and acting like himself. And with General Liana?s skills with prosthetics, she had no doubt he would be on his feet again in no time.

Even without a leg, however, he was back to work. He took his time to pray for forgiveness for the Sith and Republic troops who?d died in the battle. Ai joined him in this, anxious to get back to her training.

When Sylvius received his new leg, it was, as they had expected, an extraordinary piece of machinery. Ai waited outside while the leg was grafted onto the General?s leg. She sensed San?Unda approaching and turned in his direction, standing to attention. He smiled and nodded at her, indicating for her to take a seat. When she did, he sat beside her.

?Sylvius is much stronger than you give him credit for, Ai,? he said and she turned to him. ?His wellness is not where your mind should be occupied.?
?Yes?I know that, Master,? she sighed. ?I just?I was?insubordinate before he left. And I had this terrible feeling that we would leave things off like that and I?I suppose it gave me a bit of a start.?
?Which is why you have been struggling to be on your best behaviour lately,? he surmised.
She nodded. ?Yes, Master. Master Sylvius is?everything one should look for in a mentor. He is strong and wise. And he is brave. I am?unworthy of his tutorship.?
?If you were indeed unworthy,? he said, placing a hand on her shoulder, ?he would not have chosen you to be his apprentice. He has great faith in you, young Enma. But you must have faith in yourself. Your father?s might and strength in the Force runs thick in your veins.? Ai glanced down momentarily. ?Which is compliment,? he added, sensing her unease. ?I assure you.?
She sighed and smiled again. ?Thank you, Master. Your praise is beyond humbling.?

(So sorry I haven?t been on lately to reply. I?ve been busy. But here is it now)

The furious look in her eye, Samantha would have to find some way to punish her naive apprentice. She gave a scolding look towards Reya. ?Don?t ever defy me again. Or next time, I will not be inclined to save your life.? Reya?s eyes diverted their attention and grabbed onto her wounded shoulder.

Samantha shut down her lightsaber and walked over to the pile of bodies and the very few younglings they have managed to keep under their control. It wasn?t much, only a half dozen, but it was a start. Samantha found satisfaction that one of the younglings they managed to keep from the rebels from taking was the young boy that she so publicly humiliated into submission to the dark side.

She walked past him as if to ignore him. But she couldn?t help but notice the stare the boy had given him. The boy was staring right into her with anger and hatred. He stood up as if to stand up to the entire sith that were surrounding him, he used the force and flew towards him the closest lightsaber and ignited it, it was red, clearly from one of the dead sith on the ground. Samantha turned to face him dead on and grabbed her own lightsaber, but not igniting it. The boy turned the lightsaber off and kneeled before Samantha. ?Why did I let this happen??

?You can learn the dark side of the force. It is more powerful, and next time you will not be so beaten.?

The boy on the ground just looked slump and bowed his head. ?Teach me, my lord. Tell me what to do.?

Samantha couldn?t help but smile. ?You shall be called Darth Kerberos. Rise Lord Kerberos.?

The boy raised up and just stood there. Samantha walked off heading towards Reya, not giving him any further orders and left the newly formed sith just standing there. ?Take the boy with you. Teach him. Maybe you?ll learn something yourself.? Samantha gave Reya. ?Yes, my master.? Was all Reya could say in return.

Nelia was at Sylvius?s side as quickly as she could be, completely forgetting about Samantha and her apprentice. His leg was bleeding heavily, and Revi seemed to have a good idea to help him; after she?d been convinced not to go after the Sith and Samantha, she cauterised his wound. Nelia was thankful that he was half unconscious.

Naturally Nelia oversaw all of Sylvius?s treatment, as she gave the order for it. There was nothing they could do for his leg ? it had to be amputated. She watched over the treatment, wondering if she should have tried to do something more.

Revi seemed to be one step ahead of Nelia again, and before the girl could even request the order for a prosthetic limb for Sylvius the general had set about making one.

Everyone was incredibly relieved when Sylvius turned back to his normal self; he seemed to be dealing with the lack of his limb well. ?I can?t believe you?ve lost a leg,? Nelia said as she changed the dressing. No one had seen Revi for a few days; she was still making the leg, Nelia assumed.
?I?m not exactly thrilled about it,? Sylvius grinned.
?Didn?t I tell you to be more careful?? Just then the door opened and San?Unda came in. ?How is he today, Nelia?? he asked.
?He?s doing fine,? she said, turning back to the wound. ?Better than I thought he would.?
?Well he is Sylvius,? the man said grinning at his friend.

Revi came awhile later with the leg when they were in the command station; Nelia was still always around Sylvius?s case something went wrong. Ai snapped awake from where she?d been left to doze in the corner. ?It looks perfect,? Nelia smiled, looking at the prosthetic. ?We should get this on right away.?

?It looks perfect,? Nelia smiled, looking at the prosthetic. ?We should get this on right away.?

Nolre smiled warmly.

"Can I talk to Vyen first? Alone?"

The question puzzled everyone in the room, but
they let the two be. When the door had closed, Sylvius leaned back into the cot, and his smile disappeared almost immediately.

"I've sent too many men to their graves," Sylvius said grimly, staring at the ceiling.

"They don't die in vein."
Sylvius stayed silent for a moment.
"My father," he began, "was a drunk. I'd seen him only three times in my life. He was always away at the mines, and came home when I was sleeping."
San'Unda shifted his weight.
"As children, we instinctively love our parents. When he came home early that day, I ran to him, and when I threw my arms around his legs, he nearly fell over. Mortars starting hitting the ground nearby. Women were screaming and my friends were dying, but I finally had my father."
Sylvius sighed, and he rubbed at his eyes.
"I've heard hundreds of stories like this, Vyen. I'm no different than any other Rebel. Men die everyday and no one stays by their side during their last moments."
"Sylvius..."
"I wouldn't have bled out," Sylvius snapped, opening his eyes. "If I'm as strong as they say I am, I would have lived. There were other men with their ****ing stomachs opened and no one was helping them."
The Tusken General frowned, and Sylvius closed his eyes again.
"I'm just a man, Vyen."
"You're angered that people care about you?"
Sylvius thought about it.
"I'm angered that they have drawn a line between me and the men I lead. I'm angered that there's a line between the Rebellion and the Council. I'm angered that a good man his life on Tonnot because of me."
"Sylvius, you're a leader because you're a good man."
"I'm a leader because I killed the angry old man who killed my father. And my leg was taken from me by that angry old man's apprentice. And I will have to kill her one day, or someone will do it for me. It's a cycle, Vyen, and it's not going to stop while I'm alive."

The door opened and a young man poked his head into the room.

"General Litington? Your scanners are reporting that your heartbeat has quickened."

The man opened his eyes again and noticed that his fists were clenched. He settled down and took a deep breath.

"I was recalling the pain I felt. Let's get that prosthetic on me."

Reya was kneeling in her room, topless, striking at her back repeatedly with a cat o' nine tails. Her body was already fairly beaten, covered in bruises and red patches of skin from her previous self-punishments. She had already been training, pushing herself to the limit until she was at the point of exhaustion, but even then she had refused to let anyone help her, even in simply taking her back to her quarters; she had lashed out at them when they attempted to aid her, even in her current state being able to damage them.

She had struggled back to her own room and removed the cilices she had worn to increase her pain so that she could whip herself. She had come near to passing out with exhaustion and pain several times - the latter being something of a feat due to her large exposure to it already - but had forced herself through will alone to stay conscious so she could continue her punishment.

She had reached a failing perhaps even greater than anything before; she had failed to avenge her master.

“Don’t ever defy me again. Or next time, I will not be inclined to save your life.”

She wished that she had died in that battle. If she was not strong enough to save herself, then death was her punishment for that. She didn't want to be saved, not from anything. And certainly not by Samantha. The more she thought of her previous master, the more she came to despise Samantha; the more she came to despise everything.

"You are weak! You are weak because you lack hatred! Where is your anger?! Where is your thirst for blood!? As Sith, we rely on such things for power, and power is our greatest asset, not just as Sith, but as living beings! The Jedi are weak because they block out such emotion; they believe feeling nothing gives them strength. They are wrong. If you want strength, power, then you must draw upon emotions, these most powerful of emotions! You will loathe! You will despite! You will abhor! You. Will. HATE!"

She could almost feel the sting of his strike as the whip hit her back, and it brought tears to her eyes. She threw her head back and screamed at the top of her lungs, throwing the weapon across the room and crashing into a table which was all but torn in two from the force of the impact. She hung her head, sweat and tears trickling down her face as her chest heaved for breath.

"Master," she heard and jerked her head to one side to look over her shoulder. It was Kerberos.
"What?" she spat breathlessly.
"Are you not going to train me?"

She stood slowly, her legs barely supporting her, and turned to walk over to him.

"This is your most important lesson," she glared down at him. "Power is everything. Without it, you are nothing. Seeking it out is the only thing that matters, and if you are killed in pursuit of it then that is your punishment, and forever you shall remain weak and meaningless. No one here will mourn you... If you want power, you must hate. You must hate with all your heart. You must destroy those weaker than you for they are worthless; if they cannot defeat you then you deserve nothing better than death, and to be left to be forgotten. You must hate. Hate. Do you understand?"

"Yes, Master,"
he bowed his head. "I do."

"Good. Hatred, power, pain. These are the only things that matter, for these are the things that will further your journey through this life. Pain is good; pain brings strength, pain brings hatred, and so, pain brings power. Destroy all that stand in your way...even me, if that is the case. You live for nothing but power. You will spend every waking moment in search of it, and in your sleep you will dream of it. And if you do not achieve it, then may this universe have mercy upon your soul."

"Yes, Master."

"Head to the training facility. Your training does not begin with me until your basics are nothing but perfect. If you cannot best every Sith that visits that place then in training with me you will gain nothing but an early death. I will keep an eye on you, and when you have bested everything this facility has to offer in equipment and people, then our training will begin. Be gone."

"Yes, Master," the boy repeated a final time, before turning and leaving.

When he was gone, Reya returned to kneel where she had been before, placing her hands on her knees and falling silent.

All she could think of her Khaan Sevanar. From the moment he took her in to the day he told her she would be staying behind.

"I can handle this by myself. You still have much to learn, so go and do it."

"You were wrong, Master," her voice shook, tears welling in her eyes.

This was a new feeling, or a very old one that had repressed for a long, long time. She had been forced to feel nothing but rage by Khaan, but now he was gone, who was going to make her repress any other emotions. She was trying as hard as she could, but it was too much. He had been the closest thing to family she had ever had; their relationship was the closest thing to receiving love she'd ever had. And now he was gone. It was more painful than any fight, any training, any punishment she had ever experienced. It was the strongest sadness she had ever felt, and she was doomed to have to deal with it, unable to repress it herself, and no longer having anyone to rely on to beat her into doing so.

She balled her hands in fists at her sides, her body tensing and shaking. As the tears began to fall she screamed again. She stood and began to physically destroy her room with her bare hands, smashing and ripping and sending flying through the air. When she was done she collapsed onto her knees, still screaming, though now her voice was wearing out, and most of the anger in it had been replaced by despair. Still she wailed at the top of her lungs, her voice hoarse and cracking and barely there as she strained.

She grabbed her head and fell down onto her front, sobbing violently, her shoulders jerking as she rolled onto her side and cried until she blacked out.

That Star Wars Thread I Was Talking About

I think the listing is set up so number 100 is less important than number 10. Given that, Han Solo has a much lower number than the battle droids, and thus is more important. It also looked to me like this wasnt the editor ranking them. It said something about the number of hits for each at some website - maybe the Jedi Archives?
