No, as long as it’s proven that they have a medical condition that means they aren’t aware of what they’re doing, they’ve mitigated with medication, and they have no control over their actions - and that they were suffering at the time of the crime.

Yes! I sometimes like to play a game of ‘can I make it to the gas station before I run out of gas.’ I often do not win that game.
