What a hard question. Both are good. Jelly on toast and crackers. Peanut butter on apples and carrots. I guess jelly for flavour, since I genuinely enjoy it more. But peanut butter provides a noteworthy amount of protein to my diet.

My guy... Invest in a weighted blanket with a cooling duvet cover. Solves all the problems and is absolutely glorious. I have one that is the size of my bed and it makes everything better.
