If you were a good moderator in her eyes, you would need to seriously reevaluate how you moderate a room. She says that I am a terrible admin so I think I might be actually doing something right.

I think all staff need to know when ******** like that call you terrible or calling for you to be fired, think the opposite, also think of it as a compliment, you are actually doing something right, well done you xxx
