This isn’t how you apply to become a moderator. In the Teen Chat room click the news and follow Annie’s post on how to apply for the moderator position 
And correct if users are bullying you then feel free to report the conversation and if we deem right we can kick for Harassment/but also remember the ignore button is there and free for your use
