I think a better idea would be, since this is an English speaking/typing only site, to have a test in the registration process that proves you can type a coherent, properly constructed sentence in English.

If my 13 year old child is forced to show a photo id anywhere on the internet they will not be allowed on that site. Most children before they get a license don’t carry an ID of any sort except maybe a school ID.

Again when you’re approached about the Idiocracy that you type you resort to spouting nonsense because you can’t admit that maybe something you put was a little foolish.
