I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure your profile wall is the place to post statements that don’t require responses or where you only want people to agree with you

If one does not want public debate or comments ( or cannot stand others views because they differ from ones and cannot handle being shown up in public because one is wrong) then most likely than not ones statements belong on ones profile or in dm. Where only those that are invited ( read those with the same viewpoint and in agreement) can stoke ones ego while posting.
