Trying to log in (max registrations, no PW reset, accounts not found)

Hello,

I haven't been in Adult Chat (https://www.chat-avenue.com/adultchat.html) in quite awhile, and I've been trying to log in or register again. When I logged in with my previous username, it says the account was not found. OK, it's been awhile so maybe it's been deleted, so I tried to create a new account and it says "You have reached the maximum allowed registrations. Try again later." I requested my password for the previous account, and it says "Sorry no user found with those details", and I know for a fact it was that email address that I used.

So I can't reset my password since it can't find it, but I can't register a new account either since it says the max is reached. I'm going back and forth, so is there some way to delete (or reset?) registrations, so I can sign up again?

It could be an issue with your IP. Try the steps in this post:

If that doesn’t work, please contact the room admins with your previous account name and IP address and they may be able to help.

I believe for Adult Chat Mobile, @foreverman is who you need and for desktop you need @Kim (click/tap the name I’ve tagged and select “Start Conversation”)

please let me have any chat names you can remember ill look into it. after 30 days accounts are deleted to save on server space.
