UM closing threads Part Deux- UMs this thread is not for you.

Should a UM be able to close complaint threads about their own room?

There was a thread that was opened earlier about UMs closing threads involving complaints about their room.
I am not a chief or a controlling pedo or whatever just a user.
Remember H.R Puffnstuffed? That is the reason there are many here who think that UMs closing their own complaints is not an ethical practice.
Now I know Inksandtatts, and the rest of the new UMs are highly ethical and will not edit, close and delete just to save face.

Question, are we leaving this black and white? Or adding some parameters such as "A UM should not be able to close or move their own COMPLAINT thread" as an example.
 
3 adult chat admins as UM’s unnecessary. Forums isn’t that busy for them to be gone from their room just to action reports because certain people get offended.

I’d rather they focus on the room with everlasting CP to remove rather than focusing on a forum. But what would I know ☺️
 
Well they also appear to get the most ban appeal threads to respond to as well which requires their attention on the forums.
So even if it contradicts this thread, them being UM's for that volume, is logical.

Room admins need to focus on rooms. Not saying any of the current UMS are as bad as the CONTROLLER Pedo , but a third party with no stake in the room would make a better forum admin just saying.

Hi, I appreciate the comment/concern. Speaking just for Desktop, we have almost 24/7 staff coverage and, as you pointed out, forums aren’t currently super busy, so it’s not difficult to split my time between the two places. I’m actually here and doing admin work in Adult Chat right now as I type this. 😎

Exactly too many current D.E.I hires. I remember we had a forum goon squad. Memory is fuzzy but remember Erin Me, Mariah, and ZombieClaire. Pretty sure @purplerose was one too. As you know she is my chat wife and possibly FWB. However that hag put me in forum jail possibly For a typo the time I typed Keep Fisting, Instead of Keep Fishing.

you may have been an adult chat mod but making a name, a sex.ual act in a general aged forum was over the line. on top of that you were warned . with all 3 infractions pms sent BEFORE the hammer fell. ON TOP of the already numerous edits. you had ample time to stop, you chose not to.

These are lies on an H.R. proportion. I was never warned. I demand the ban though 10 years or more ago, be reversed.
