Unable to edit info...

Hi - I'm unable to 'edit info' - when I click on it I get this message:
"You have reached the maximum time allowed to modify this information. If you need to make a correction afterward, please contact staff for assistance."
I'm confused by this - I just need to correct my age - it's way out at the moment, I'm not sure why. I'm 42, but it's coming up as 28.
Please help! Thank you.

The age shown in your profile's Info tab is based on the birth date entered during registration. If entered incorrectly, you can make a one-time change.

If you receive a message that you've reached the maximum time allowed, it likely means that this one-time change has already been used.
