unable to log in says username password incorrect

Sorry to jump in, but I also experienced this when I tried to log in this afternoon to Adult Chat, I got the message that Username or Password was incorrect. I'm guessing my accounts been auto-deleted as I'd been away for a week and a bit. Quite disappointing though to have an account since 2021 and then it randomly gets deleted. That doesn't make any sense.

Hello, accounts will auto delete after about 14 days now.

I thought it was a short time frame like that. Of course I don't set the rules for the site but why on earth is it only 14 days, thats far too short a time. Surely it should be a month or more at least?

Is there a reason why it's only 14 days?

It was recently reduced. I’m not sure why but a guess might be to make more room on the site servers.
The good news is it’s really easy to make account and it’s free.
 
Ah yes, server capacity sounds like a reasonable reason and I do know how popular the chat site is.

This is just me saying this but, if it's possible could be be increased back above 14 days before auto-deletion. That's just too small a timeframe for someone to lose an account they may have had for years, which I just did. It's frustrating to spend all the time using an account, adding friends to then lose everything.

Just a suggestion, I understand if it won't change.

Thank you very much, I'd totally understand if the account deletion is affected by the server load so whatever time limit you could potentially increase it to...if possible...would be most welcome by chat members I'm sure. Merry Christmas too 🎅🎄.
