Unable to login

i was inactive for few das in the adult chat room and now i cannot login backto my id, i tried recovery option but it isnt recognising my email address, my username was kevhart.
Could you please help me recover my id.

The Adult Chat server has been unwell. Despite valiant attempts at resolution, the past few months of history have not been fully recovered. As a result, multiple chätters have lost their accounts. If the system is not recognizing your email or username, you are likely one of these unfortunate souls. I'd recommend creating a new account.

Thanks LostCause for the advice for the user as stated major ottage last Tuesday unfortunately you'll have to register your account many hundreds did have too.
