Can you please provide more information? Are you using a guest, registered, or VIP account? What room are you encountering this issue in? Are you receiving an error message? What does the error read? Etc.

dang I hate when that happens. Staff will probably figure it out. On another note, what device are you using. Sometimes certain devices operate pictures differently through files, so it's always good to know the capabilities on what yours can and can't do. Hope you get it all figured out though!
