Unable to recover password

Greetings.
I am having an issue trying to recover my password and ran into problems resetting it. I was emailed a link from “Chat Avenue Mailman” to reset the password. However, the link took me to an error message after I clicked on it. I attempted again to recover password from the login page, was subsequently emailed another link, and again that link took me to another error message. May I please get some assistance in this matter? I would greatly appreciate any help as soon as it is possible to help resolve the matter. 🙏🏼
