Unable to register

Customer support where? In the forum? Sorry but it's not that easy finding things here
 
@paula30 have you tried using your phone (mobile/smartphone) if so use your data and see if that works.
I did try registering on my phone. It worked. When I try logging on on desktop it just says incorrect user name or password. I am positive I am using the correct info. I can't even log on as a guest. It says "you have reached the maximum number of registrations". I tried this on another desktop and a laptop. Same results. I won't use a phone for chat. It is not secure at all.

my brother is really good with computers let me contact him. He's a developer and he knows these chat sites very well. Hold on please....

And yeah I understand about using your mobile phone, I use a burner phone for chat avenue.

Only thing I can think of is to reset the data on the site by going and clearing your cache and cookies if that doesn’t fix it most likely something on the server is causing it
 
That was the advice from a developer? The same advice everyone has already given? Impressive
I can’t tell you exactly what the problem is being remote working off a phone it’s hard to diagnose a problem it could be a number of things and without the proper set up currently I don’t have the exact answer

Oh? Hm that's odd.

@Chatmaster I think there's a desktop adult chat issue here...I tried registering with my laptop and I got max registration too, and I never been in there beforehand. (I'm more of a mobile user and adult chat mobile, I can make multiple accounts with no problem.)

Very true. It seems, in my case, to only be with the adult chat room. All chat avenue uses the same platform so it's curious that it only happens in that room
