undue ban?

hi i am on the cam chat, and i was banned without warning and it isn’t telling me when i can join again, this is just in the lobby. in the main chat i have also been banned until 2036 regarding confusion about my age, but i did confirm my age and was told i would be unbanned and i wasn’t. i did nothing wrong, please advise. my username is prettyproblemm

and to add on someone made an acct under my name with my interests and screenshotted my pfp and brought hell down on the chats.

The clone pretends to be a minor. So i'll look into this and see who banned what when. There is a group of morons convinced op is a minor with a fake id
