Unfair actioning by mod

From my experience here, posting this is pointless, as from what I’ve seen administrators will defend the moderators no matter how wrong they are.
But regardless, I chose to post this.

While I admit some were understandable, many of my kicks and warnings on the site were unreasonable.
But lately a new mod named Law has taken it to the extreme, kicking/warning me unjustifiably and then claiming he merely assumed what I did was against the rules.
I understand he’s trying to do his job, but he can’t just immediately action people just because he misunderstood what they said.

You were kicked for posting a screenshot which contained an inappropriate message, which in case you did not know, is disallowed. I've tagged the aforementioned moderator and corresponding admins below.

I do admit I should’ve thought more before some of the things I said that resulted in me being kicked, and I take full responsibility for those, even my early ones when I didn’t know the rules.
But I feel that many of the times I was actioned were unreasonable.
This wouldn’t bother me if it weren’t for the fact that it increases the duration of my kicks.
I wish to know if there is a way to have my action history rectified

The screen shot was a cropped one to make it appear out of context (which I specifically stated).
All it was was a user saying that he needs someone to crack him, the context being he was talking about cracking his back

And this isn’t the first time he instantly kicked me because he misunderstood something which I’m baffled as to how he misunderstood

The screen shot was a cropped one to make it appear out of context (which I specifically stated).

If you took the sceenshot in such a way as to appear out of context, you would know what the wording would seem like without said context.
If you don't wish to be actioned for posting screenshots 'out of context' because without 'context' it's likely against the rules, simply don't post them.

I specifically stated that it was merely out of context. That’s the whole idea of the joke.
And I said that it was immediately as soon as I sent it

The idea of the rules is that they're meant to be followed, whether 'a joke' or not.
