Unfair Ban.

Hello, I was logged in as a guest, and i was banned.
Now when i try to log in a week later, it continues to say i have "
Login
You have reached your maximum allowed registrations for now".

It said for the ban i was flooding in private chat. I didnt even know this was a thing, as i was I was trying to strike up conversations with others.
I also see lots of robots flood main chat and nothing ever happens to them which is super unfair.

Bots are removed as soon as a mod/admin sees them. It’s best to report them, however the ratio of bots to staff is greatly outnumbered. The staff do their best. Just cause you don’t see anything happen to them, doesn’t equal that nothing is happening.

Hello, what is your user name?

Just some general info: it’s definitely possible to spam in a private chat. All you have to do is type

very quickly in five separate posts and the system will flag you for spamming.

As for the bots, we deal with them every day and every night and they get removed as soon as we possibly can, but it’s a never-ending battle, and just be assured that we are dealing with them as they pop up.
 
I think it was TranElla or TransElla_4Fem.
Now that you mentioned it like you did, yeah i guess i did do it quickly lol
Didnt think that was an issue.

lol it’s ok. Shtuff happens. Let me look for your account. But if it was a guest account it’s probably gone. Was this in Mobile or Desktop?

Desktop. I login as a guest, if its gone, why wont it let me back in. I keep getting that error message i said above, even though i didnt log in for over a week.
