The solution to this seems easy. @KittyKat01 you can’t force someone to talk to you. Users are only obligated to reply if you’re PMing about a mod matter.
You cannot and should not mute someone over a personal matter. So I’d suggest stop trying to talk to @SpicyTea. If and when she wants to reach out to you, she will.

I get that. But she doesn’t have to respond if she doesn’t want to. I know it can be frustrating but don’t use your mod powers to force someone to reply. It does more harm than good

As a mod you shouldn’t be muting ppl just because they aren’t doing something you want, that’s just abusing it

Did you screenshot it? I’d suggest always screenshotting things such as this so you can provide proof. Because @SpicyTea did have screenshots of a PM and it was regarding a personal issue, not modding

Yup, I learned that before modding because most of these mod complaint threads have no proof about the mod abuse so it's much easier to defuse with proof to what OP did.
Agreed. And many people will fabricate **** to get a mod in trouble. I’m in no way saying that’s the case here, but screenshots are your holy grail as a mod
