Unfairly banned

I was sat chatting with a friend in pms and suddenly I was banned, permanently banned and the reason it’s showing was spam.
I hadn’t been spamming messages I was chatting quite happily and had said nothing in the taboo room. It’s totally unfair to receive a full ip ban when I hadn’t done anything. Please can someone help
