Unnecessarily Muted

I was in the Adult Chat room on December 13, 2020 and I was posting a question in the room when I was muted by the moderator who goes by the name of RustyNails. He opened a private window and told me that I had been warned about violating the rules. I had not been warned, approximately a week earlier this same moderator opened a window and said "give it a rest". He repeated this on the 13th and concluded with "its none of your bees wax". once he unmuted me I asked him what I had done wrong, I explained to him that I was simply posting the same 3 questions that I usually do along with 4 pictures. He responded with "yes and it's obvious no one is anwsering so give it up, besides it's none of your bees wax".
I have been coming to chat-avenue on a regular basis now for over 4 years . To date none of the other moderators have muted me or messaged me with a warning. I also noticed that several other guests in the room posted the same questions repeatedly and were never muted by RustyNails. I informed the moderator that I felt it was harassment and that I had no choice but file a complaint. Over the years I have directed many people to chat-avenue but now I am not sure that I can anymore. I f what I was doing was in violation of the rules why has no other moderator warned or reprimanded me? I will still go to chat-avenue and the Adult Chat room but if RustyNails is there or shows up while I am there I will immediately exit the room. I look forward to hearing from you about this matter and trust your judgment.
 
All this over a mute. At most thats 10 minutes. And you make a formal complaint and expect an investigation? Thank heavens it wasnt a kick or it would take a HAZMAT team a week to clean up the tears.

OMG! What a joke this site is, I actually thought it was a legitimate chat site. What, is it run out of a basement somewhere and moderated by someone who decides who can talk and who can stay based solely on his or her own personal likes or tastes? Had I have known that the very moderator I was logging the complaint about would be the adjudicator I wouldn't have wasted my time. Surely there has to be one person that oversees these complaints? I suspect there is but likely the moderators check here and decide which ones go up the chain, and I also suspect that no one who has logged a complaint has ever had it go up the chain. WHAT A JOKE!

if you repeat post you will be warned in room/ pm to stop if you don't you will be muted if you continue you will be kicked and if you continue after that you will be banned. you were muted for what about 10 minutes, i am surprised you haven't been before in the 4 years you say you have been chatting . No repeat posting so stop

If it's Classic then the mute is 2 mins . Well he has warned you before you said a week earlier he had asked you to stop repeating. Don't repeat and you won't get muted .
 
LMAO oh my God get a f u cking grip its only a mute, all you had to do was sit there for 10 minutes without pressing any keys on your keyboard. I have been muted, kicked, "banned", VPN blocked from boys chat and even reported to the cops by two users in Boys Chat and yet I have never made a fuss over it or had a mental or emotional breakdown over it. I'm quite flattered about it in all honesty.
 
Hi this was in adult classic. I warned you in main room to stop repeating to which you either didn't see or ignored so I then pm you again saying give it a rest and mind your own bees wax....you continuously carried on posting over and over again same question asking women to pm you their bra sizes they were obviously not interested but you still kept multi posting so yes I muted you which in classic only lasts approx 4 minutes and as you stated this is not the first time. I warned you about this. I have have played by the rules , warned you in main, warned you in pm then finally muted you. Read rules then you will understand my actions.

Also can I just add you were using the username Grandpa_Loves_Bras and not bbassman0956 when I have warned you before and muted you yesterday.
