Unreasonably Kicked for preferences.

Hello, staff team.

I know I have argued with some of you that believe adults dating children is completely fine. But I am sure some of you are smart enough to see that this kick is fully unwarranted.

While I am in teen chat, I specifically talk to people who happen to share what I believe in, to make for a greater conversation and not to have pointless arguments.

In my usual 'HMU' message, I say that I do not wish to talk to members of the LGBTQIA community as I strongly disagree with what they stand for. Be it through either religious views or personal opinion.

A staff member, who I believe was SandyAlexis.

Decided that kicking me for my preference of who I speak to was homophobia despite me not doing any personal attacks against any people who claim to be in that group. Which is exactly what homophobia is. I do not hate people of that community, I simply wished not to have them in my messages.

What happened to being "thick skinned" as a requirement for staff ?
 
As a trans woman I’ll say that I find it sometimes a little hurtful if someone doesnt wanna talk to me simply because of who I am, I’ll also say that you and everyone else has the right to talk to whoever you do or don’t want to. And you shouldn’t be punished for it. There’s plenty of people I don’t wanna associate with, and I’d hate to feel like I’m being punished for it.

I understand attacking us because you feel we dont do anything to protect people.

But i will not watch you sit here and bring down a mod who has not even been a mod for a day.

I will speak to the mod upon this, generally no i would not action this. But the every action of discrimination, that you do in your messages. Could put one who is not happy or does not feel sexually moral with dating the opposite gender down. Suggestion? Keep your opinions to yourself and leave the new mods alone thankyou

As HR PufNStuf says…. ALL MODS SHOULD BE THICK SKINNED.

If your mod doesn’t like opinions, even though they’re supposed to be NEUTRAL/IMPARTIAL, then it shows your ability to recruit the correct people.

Kicking someone who doesn’t wish to speak to anyone GLB? Get a life.

We can’t stop you from posting your drivel sadly on forums- stop being a hypocrite.

Did he call anyone the f*ggot word? No.
 
Thanks to everyone except butterfliez who seem to understand my situation and what exactly went wrong with this scenario.

I doubt any major change will come out of this situation following my previous encounter with the staff who believe adults dating children is fully okay and cannot be punished in any way. (Those staff still being staff...)

But hopefully future moderators understand what being thick skinned means.

You have no self awareness so you wont pick up on your hypocrisy. Nice to see you mix it up and change the script. You used to claim you were pan sexual and trans, now you're bi.

Just goes to show you the right has no champions. Maybe they can squeeze you in with Graham Linehan, J.K. Rowling and Kid Rock at the next book signing.
