There is a confusion to some kids with how to report a pm and they post it in main sometimes that leads them to being in trouble themselves and the offender to block them and delete the chat which makes it hard for mods to see.
suggestions
Is to have it tell people to report it and wait for a mod to take action for the report and not to put it into main chat. There are two reasons for this, 1. It gives the said person a chance to delete the PM 2. It's often inappropriate for main.
2nd issue is users report the profile and not the messages so again its hard for mods to see.
@emileh often puts into chat about reporting messages not profiles every so often and has to tell people not to ignoring them until it's been dealt with.
just my thoughts on this to try and help with some confusion. 🙂
