Uploading media from TikTok.

Does it need to have <URL> in front of it.

Clearly I’m old like but I use my phone for the site and even though I’m able to drag links etc it always has a different embed code.

Seems a site issue as it’s saying it can’t be embedded as media- 😟

I’m not sure I do the same process for Y0utube and it automatically changes it into an embedded code.

Hm can’t be 100% sure but I’d say that’s maybe CA’s site regs with TokTik.

Weird tho I’ve always found some tt profiles with verified filter through. Maybe it’s that?

You mean from like only verified people on TikTok like content creators? That would suck. All my cat ones I want to flood forums with isn’t from verified TikTok users 😞

Ive never used TikTok in my life, but all I did was go to the website, clicked on a random video and posted the URL in the "Insert Media". My URL looked much much different than yours though. It was a lot longer and Im using a PC. I know sometimes the mobile URL for YT doesnt work in the room. Also, if somebody sends me a YT link in the room and I paste it, Ive never had that work. I have to physically paste the URL in my browser, let it load to YT, then take then copy & paste the URL directly from YT. Im not sure any of this helps, but its my experiences and TikTok does work somehow 🤣

So yea in the app I copied the link.
Pasted it in my browser.
Copied the longer browser link.
Used that in the upload media.
